Course Curriculum Overview

4

I choose it offers this course because this course offers the blend theory and practical application . The opportunity in areas like [aiml] really applied to me and aligned with carrier goals . The circulusam prepare for the real world applications through group studies case studies and internships .I have gained practical skills that I can apply in future purpose. One area that can be improved that is updating the of certain course material .Some of the contents of the material looks like outdated as compared to the latest industries trends .I also prefer to change the teaching methods that's would be helps the students to learn more and more new things with latest features .The exams are are fairly spaced out.

Fees and Financial Aid

When I joined the college the fees of the college was around 47500 but when our college earned naac A++ the fees of our college of CSE has increased to 66000 per sem ..and they have increased the other expenses too ...yes the fees of the Btech was nomial and affordable to everyone but now it's not upto that point

Campus Life

4

Their 2 main events that are held every year one is parivartan and other is fresher party ..these are the best fest that happens in our college. The freshers is held after one month of the arrival of the freshers. And while talking about the parivaraten that held in month of October and November. There are so many books residing in library .every block have different library ..and each student can avail the facility of purchasing and reading the books in campus . Every class room has projecter for using the latet technology to avail the facility of teaching .Unlike the education system Our college has a comunity for the events and sports ..the main community which runs in the college is DSW .. development of students welfare.this department contains clubs .the department of the college is responsible for the events in our college

Admission

I choose this college because the placement opertunity is very great as compared to other colleges .As college has attend the naac A++ gradation which adds another reason to join this college ..another reason also be that the the college is near by my hometown and I would be beneficial for me to stay with my parents and add new skills to me .its is the only college that I have applied for and got admission directly in the college . I havent even look after the other colleges. The admission process of thai college is very very simple ..you start have to select the course that you want to joins .. submit the documentation that are necessary..and pay the fees ...you be get notified when the joining date is .this doesnot required any cutoffs

Faculty

3.5

There are 1:60 ratio of the students. The relationship between the students are very good they gives us friendly environment..in terms of attendance they listen our problems and issues and give us the attendance. Tpp teachers of our college are the best especially the verbal teacher they increase our confidence level and make us so interactive ..thy trained us for many gd rounds and case studies..personal interview and technical interview they are the best teacher of our college the criteria of the exam are done on the basis of 3 cretera..there are 2 sessional exams which carry 24 marks each and others are final exam carry 100 marks there only 2 sessional exams and one final exam . Sessional exams are very easy and easy to obtain good marks ..but when I talked about the ptu i.e final exams many students face issue of the mass supply yes and unlike to clear the supply either they have to pay the revaluation form if they are completely sure about it or go for re apper examination

Course Curriculum Overview:

I’d rate the curriculum like 7/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness — it covers all the major CSE subjects like DSA, OS, DBMS, CN, AI, ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity basics, etc., and honestly that was one of the reasons I chose this course because at least the core subjects are solid even if PTU keeps some old-school stuff in the syllabus. The curriculum does prepare you for real-world stuff, but only to a point — like, if you focus on coding labs and projects you’ll be fine for internships, but if you depend only on classroom theory then it won’t help much because industry wants hands-on skills. For higher studies also it’s okay because theory depth in subjects like OS and DBMS is decent enough. But yeah, improvements are definitely needed — some subjects feel outdated, teachers should use more practical examples, and we need more real projects instead of copy-paste lab manuals; also some faculty teach directly from slides which gets boring fast. Exams come twice per semester (sessionals) plus the final end-sem around December/May; they’re mostly easy if you write long answers, but tricky if you rely only on understanding because PTU likes theory-heavy questions. Overall, the system works, but it could be way more practical and industry-focused.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.
