Course Curriculum Overview

I would rate the course curriculum a 9 out of 10 as the syllabus is a blend of every areas in English language and literature and also many elective courses which gives insight to new areas such as digital literature is also included in the syllabus

Internships Opportunities

Many interesting internship are offered by amu. Internshala is providing internship to undergraduate and postgraduate students from all departments of amu. And other companies internship are also done in amu.

Fees and Financial Aid

For a student who have taken admission by passing entrance examination the admission fee is approximately 10000 which include the hostel fee( excluding mess fees). This fee includes all of the tution fee , admission fees and other fees like Library, sports , magazine fee etc... management seats fees may differ.

Campus Life

There are many annual and technical festivals and programs conducted in the university by different departments. Maulana Azad library is best library it has access to many journals and books around the world.

Hostel Facilities

The room is very spacious compared to other University hostels. One room holds 3 or 4 students each of them gets one table one bed and one shelf and for the PhD and medical students the room allows two student's. The menu is north indian food. The hotel availability is based on the merit seat and it is right

Admission

I have got selections from multiple colleges in my state the reason I chose a university outside state is because amu is a central university. It is known as Oxford of East. Amu is a very prestigious institution

Faculty

The faculties are well qualified in each areas . We can easily approach them for our academic growth. Prof.Rizwan Khan , Dr Muneer Aram Kuzhiyan and Dr Sidhartha Chakraborty are some of the best professors in our department. For valuation one internal exam and semester exam is conducted for every semesters

Placement Experience:

Placement are not apt as the cirricullum is. but 3-6 lakh per annum package is average you can expect from Amity University. Almost 20 % student get placed in my couse , I can't say of other courses. I plan to work on counselling part and explore opportunities.

Placement was not satisfactory, they usually call the sales company like Policybazaar, Religare and banks. Also they connect some more comany like tcs and some finance-based jobs. most of the student get a job by their own reference

Life at JT Girls Degree College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since I wanted to become an English Professor, the course really helped me a lot in getting an insight into English Literature. The professors are very encouraging. The curriculum not only relies on the traditional method of teaching but also various co curricular activities are conducted to prepare the students for the real world. Each student is given an opportunity to prove herself. As the exams are conducted annually we get a lot of time to prepare accordingly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Economics is a very good and a very interesting subject. The curriculum over here focuses from basic to advance level . It starts its syllabus from basic micro and cover almost every field of economics. The curriculum try to give application in real world by adding dissertations, field surveys in syllabus. There are 4 semester in master and in every semester there is an end semester exam (that is of 70) and mid semester exam (that is of 30 marks) . The exam is mostly moderate .

I did this course because I was interested in doing this course.i had to halp the people face the mantle problem so I joined this course to help people and solve their problems.There were 30 students in one faculty The qualification of the faculty is P.hd (NET) qualified and thay have also doctor degree.Our exam were semester wise and there were monthly test also. We also had to give practicals. We had to complete our project in a very short time because of this we had to face some problem.

AMU was amazing!!

At AMU seats are fewer and number of students filling the forms are enormous. Hence, the cut-off is always tol high and for BSC in any stream a minimum cut-off is over 80%. In my time it was 83 for Maths Hons and I guess, I was lucky enough to get it....Read More
