Remarks

The positive remarks are that college has well educated professors who teach and guide the students with the right information only. And also the college staff is very cooperative. The only minor negative point I think is that there is required to give some more emphasis on the practical aspect of information technology.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The curriculum, of course, was overall good but I think there is some more information that should be included in the course related to information technology both in theory as well as practical because in today's world the practical knowledge of it is must in commerce line.

Internships Opportunities

No as per my knowledge there is no such scheme of providing internship and paying stipend within the college campus. However many times reputed organization comes in the campus and hire the students having good knowledge in there and then provide required training as per their needs.

Placement Experience

4.5

There is excellent placements and job opportunity in this college because as we all know SRCC has a very good reputation in terms of students knowledge in the eyes of public and industry as a whole. A very big organization such as TATA, Wipro, Reliance, Mahindra & Mahindra, etc. Comes in the campus.

College Events

4.5

Every year there are many events celebrated in the college like model preparations competition, dance programs event where most of the time someone as celebrities come and make the event very enjoyable.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible as I look into the current scenario of high inflation which also increases the cost of other things like expensive stationery, expensive operational costs such as salary of various staff in the college and professors.

Fees and Financial Aid

I had not availed any scholarship neither availed the loan for education because I had not required. And also I had not inquired about this matter to someone other. But at one time I had listened from someone that many public sector banks providing loans to SRCC students at subsidies rates.

Campus Life

4

As a commerce student and bright student in studies, I had not much interested in sports. However, sometimes I watch cricket especially IPL matches which is a short format. I college there are also arrangements for sports like volleyball, badminton, snooker, Table Tennis, etc.

Hostel Facilities

4

In my view, the infrastructure of the hostel and facilities provided in the hotel was overall good in terms of cleaning, proper arrangements of food, washing clothes and other needs of students which is kindly provided by the hostel staff and if required many times they support students if required.

Alumni/Alumna

As per my view and little experience, there is no complain regarding misbehave by senior students with junior students as we see in the films and many times in news. However, in this college, there is no such kind of activity by senior students.

Exam Structure

The exam is of subjective type and not of multiple types like filling circle or tick mark. The standard of questions in the exam is good and most of the questions always come from the syllabus. However 2 to 5% of the total marks. May comes from out of the syllabus but this is justifiable.

Admission

I had applied immediately when the forms are out for the admissions process and after taking form for admission. I take it home and fill all the required information in the manner stated in the form and attach all the documents which are required and mention in the admission form. After filling it I then submitted it to the counter where the forms are accepted and finally after all the required paperwork my admission form has successfully submitted and I had got a receipt for it.

Faculty

5

As I mentioned in the first question answer the college faculty was excellent as I am talking about commerce professor's to whom I interact most of the time. And I find that college faculty have right and excellent knowledge and the way they are teaching is really appreciable.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculam is well-structured and covers all the core subject relevant to the field . It help in building strong theroritcial knowledge but lacks enough real-world case studies and industry exposure . Exam are conducted regularly and are of moderate difficulty . Adding more project-based or skill oriented components would make the course more practical and beneficial for placements or higher studies .

When students enter 3rd year of their college , they are eligible to sit for placements but should have minimum 8 CGPA .A lot of companiess visit campus , details of companies are on the website of college. The highest placement till now is 20 Lakhs per Annum and average goes around 6-7 Lakhs per Annum. A decent percentage of students get placed. Honestly most students here are pursuing professional courses so they don't sit for placements instead continue with their courses .
