College Events

5

The events are the best part of our Institute. Almost round the events and activities keep taking place in our institute. The activities are platforms where the students get a chance to show real creativity. the Freshers welcome is the grand event that acts as a team building activity as well. The students get to interact with the faculties and the senior students as well. The other interesting events are Diya making competition, the No fire food making competition which gives the ultimate opportunity to students interested in Food Production especially.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure has been quite affordable for a three years course curriculum is 70K to 80K approx. Our Institute always thinks about students from every stratum of society. Since the Institute is under welfare trust the fees have been kept nominal. My entire 3 years course cost me around 1,80000 approx.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was well-structured, and each semester, there were projects and presentations that also helped to test our knowledge. I got influenced as the curriculum provides us with financial economics, political economics, and Applied mathematics. The level of the exams was decent, related to the course. They could improve in teaching more practical knowledge and projects related to that, instead of only learning in a theoretical way.

Placement Experience:

Placements and job oppurtinities are less since this is an undergraduate college offwering honours degree. Though there is a placement and career councelling cell that looks over this matter. Placements are offered only in a few subjects, such as industrial chemisrty and computer science. The rate of placements are very high and come with high packages. Though I am not interested in placements, but I have started taking preparations for compititive exams. Such preparations are very supported here, rather than jobs and placements.
