The college management is good but there is a need for improvement in infrastructure to some extent.

The course curriculum has been appropriately designed going from beginners' to intermediate to advanced level. The exam structure which includes internal as well as semester exams is also relevant and fair enough to test the abilities and knowledge gained by the students throughout the course. The course curriculum includes various projects and assignments which are research-driven and help in enhancing the analytical skills of the student. The course syllabus and the projects help in increasing the practical skills apart from academics thus making students a better professional.

The college has a placement cell which looks after the internships and placements. They guide students on how to prepare and improve their CVs. They also conduct seminars and workshops to teach students how to face interviews. I got an internship as a research associate at collegedunia web Pvt. Ltd. through the college placement cell.

Every year various events are celebrated in the college like freshers, farewell, annual fest-Manjari, Model United Nations conference, Annual day, Teachers day celebration, Sports day, etc. Apart from these, various departments separately conduct annual fests and seminars. Moreover, various cells like the Finance and Investment Cell, the Placement Cell, the Marketing cell conduct seminars, and workshops separately.

The fees structure is nominal and includes one-time payment fees for a year which is ranges between Rs 10000 to 20000 depending upon the course. Apart from this examination fees has to be submitted every semester which ranges between Rs.600-1000 depending upon the subjects. In the first year, my admission fees were Rs. 13,500.

No, I have not opted for any scholarship or education loan. The college has the provision of fee concession form for students belonging to low-income families and satisfying some other required criteria.

The college is well equipped with computer laboratories with internet facilities. The college holds a leading position both in academics as well as co-curricular activities such as dramatics, music, debates, and sports. Students can participate in Societies, N.S.S., Sports and N.C.C. To help the students to cope with the new environment of the college and many other contemporary issues & problems, Psychology Department runs a Counseling Center. The college also has In House Skill Development Programmes. It's a Girls College with students coming from diverse backgrounds from all over the country.

The college has an association called Daulat Ram College Alumni Association (DRCAA). DRCAA is a body of teachers and old students of Daulat Ram College with a vision and mission to provide a forum to all alumni of Daulat Ram College to stay connected, to share, to reminisce, to find old friends, to make new friends, to feel togetherness and to give back to the society. Yes, they are helpful in providing details and information to the students regarding future prospects.

The first step is to fill the Delhi University Admission form online. Admissions are made either through entrance tests(for specific courses) or through the merit lists. The merit lists start getting displayed on the Delhi University Website by mid-June. the appropriate college is chosen as per the requirement met by the student according to the cut-off list. The next step is to report to the respective college with the necessary documents i.e. 10th and 12th class marks sheet, transfer certificate, migration certificate and category certificate (if applicable), along with the printout of the admission form. These documents need to be verified from the college and the admission is thus approved. the last step is to pay the fees through the online portal.

The faculty of the college is hard working and dedicated. They show a keen interest in their work and try their level best to make the students understand each and every concept. The students ask their doubts anytime. The college has a provision of separate classes apart from the daily schedule for the students to ask doubts and solve their problems.
