Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is decent and changes for every two years. Consults industry experts and often have teaching and student workshops on latest technologies both for students and faculty. The exam timings can be a bit frustrating sometimes.
Internships Opportunities
The college offers summer research internship to select students and mentors them to work on a topic and write a research paper and helps to publish it. The college also brings internships posted online which are relatively close to the curriculum
Placement Experience
We are eligible from 6th semester and currently companies visiting are Ltimindtree, cognizant, Accenture, Amadeus and the college informs us on open campus drives and trains on them as well. Last the percentage of students placed are 80%.
Fees and Financial Aid
The current yearly fee is 1,01,000 and on top of that the misc fee for the first year is 20000 and 10000 the remaining years. The management fee is high too, variable depening the situation. When we joined the fee was 90000 per year.
Campus Life
There are various clubs like Rhapsody for music, citadel for book reading. There are club specific events conducted often. The fests are minimal. Technical fests are more encouraged by the college compared to others.
Admission
I only applied to this college because, at the time of my enrolment, it was ranked among the top 10, and I trusted its standing as a high-quality educational facility. I didn't think I needed to apply to other universities because this one had great faculty, amazing facilities, and the course I desired. Meeting the eligibility requirements, which included finishing the 12th grade with a certain percentage, was necessary for the admissions procedure. For my course, the college only accepts the Engineering, Agricultural, and Medical Common Entrance Test, or EAMCET. Since the EAMCET is the sole exam that is allowed for entrance here, most students prefer it. Every year, the cutoffs change depending on the level of competition, but generally speaking, students require a high rank to get into popular courses. Overall, I had a simple admissions process.
Faculty
The faculty are good. Most of them can be good mentors during the final project and any other areas. Don't expect complete support. There are two mid terms and a final sem end exam. The course curriculum is decent ar its best for some subjects.
