Dream college

I choose BA Hons political science because of my interest and from all the colleges of DU there is good ratio of UPSC crackers in this course . The curriculum prepares according to the need and what is necessary to us for real world applications for further academic pursuits they organise elections to experience the real world . Almost everything thing is good I don't think there is need of any improvement but I think faculties should be strict more than now . The frequency and timing of exams is In every 6 months

From 2nd semester students becomes eligible for campus placements Like axis Bank visited our college for higher posts with annual starting package to 15_16 lacks . Highest package given was almost 20 lacks annually. A large number of students getting placement. My plans after Getting is to job with college placement or preparation for civil services

I am pallavi Student of gargi college DU This college has best opportunities for placement and internship with high packages It's infrastructure, extra curricular activities and all the things their professor's everything is just amazing Infact after these all this university and college doesn't charge so much for year it's under 15 to 16k per year except hostel any middle class and lower middle class students also afford this .

There are so many annual and technical festivals like holy mahotsav in March , annual function, Dusshera garba fest in October, diwali dest November and in last month annual function. In our college Libray there are all kinds for books related to our courses and other types of books and journals , and a very peaceful environment. Classroom facilities are also good but in summer we face some issues but all over it's nice There are so many extra curricular activities in our college like sports it is very interesting during sports day . Our college has also dance club and students organise so many social groups, we have college portals for doing every document work and all things very easily.

I applied for many other colleges like BHU , illahabad University, patna university and so on and I may got confirmed admission in BHU and patna University but I choose this college because of its placement opportunities and real life experiences . I also get rejection from many colleges, but at the same time I applied for various colleges and then I was selected for this college. The admission process of my college is directly through CUET exam , after passing 12th with a recognised board , but cut-offs were so high but overall my experience of everything is good here

The faculty to student ratio is almost same and our relations with faculty is wonderful they are so strict during study but the same time they are also very understanding and friendly. I like principal mam of my college because her behaviour and nature is too good she talks so sweetly to students and understand us and all other faculties are also very humble and motivate us always But some of them like 1_2 faculties I don't like because of their rude behaviour. Now if I talk about eams and it's pattern then it held twice a year as semester, 2 semester in 1 year and internal assignments tests before semester exam , their exam is actually not so tough and not too easy it's according to our syllabus, basically 2 to 3 % of students fail to clear the exams . There are relevant courses and faculties of that course.
