Course Curriculum Overview

1.5

Well I want to pursue embryology after I complete my bachelors that's why I chose this course as it includes chemistry microbiology biotechnology I liked the combination that's why I chose this course They teach us about experiments we have to do plus lab work is good It's interesting I feel the teachers are rude towards us even if we make a single mistake Overall I only like the lab work theory classes are not that good We still don't know about our exams so I can't comment on that but the over all faculty is very poor I must say

Internships Opportunities

1.5

There's no such things like placement in our college because I haven't heard nor they told us anything about it so I don't think so there's anything such in our college internship we might get through our college maybe maybe not

Placement Experience

1

Well i don't know about the placements of our college none of it is shared with us I don't think so our provides with placement or anything such. Our college provides with internships ig but not placement

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm paying 150000 for college fee and it's the same for every caste category All my batchmates are paying the same fee as me Our registration fee was 900 We pay 235000 for hostel fee There's no such thing as category as we all pay the same amount

Campus Life

0.5

Well we did have something called anvesha which is held every year in our campus which includes food stalls activities games everything which isn't that great then they had sports day which included indoor sports there are few clubs related to environment dance languages etc in our college our campus life isn't that good there nothing called campus in Jain university there's only this single building in front of petrol pump and there's no such thing as badminton basketball courts our college life sucks

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Hostel is good but again there few things which aren't provided to us like study table study room indoor/outdoor games etc food is fine still I would say they should provide fruits, and protein in veg because only once in a week we get to have panner There are few hostel management with whom u can register yourself for the hostel Well the hostel fee is way too much still we r not provided with few things

Admission

I applied to srm, Sathyabama, vit I got into all three of them but I don't know why I chose this college because it literally has nothing no campus life no good faculty nothing I chose this college because it had a good combination of subjects Well first of all we have to online register ourselves then pay the registration fee with uploading all documents then they will call u for interview which is held online and if u pass in that then u get admission letter if u r interested u can pay the fee and they u get a provisional letter from the college

Faculty

2

Well the faculty and student relationship depends faculty to faculty now that we r new they are behaving nicely only but some faculties are not good they r rude to us and won't explain anything in detail recently I went to the office and I asked about our holidays they said we don't know u can ask your class teacher and so I did ask her even she said the same thing I personally don't like any faculty in my college because we do face problems with syllabus holidays attendance everything they don't provide us with anything It's been. A month since our college started and still we didn't get our id cards yet I mean how is this college works? All they ask for is money and nothing else when it come to providing with info We still don't know about our exams when they will start or end poor faculty I must say Keeping us in confusion while we r struggling with almost everything in college Nothing is good about this college I had a lot of expectations

At St Aloysius University, students typically become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester onward. Reputed companies like Infosys, wipro, TCS etc have visited the campus offering multiple roles in IT services, research and analytics. The highest package has been around 7-8 LPA while the average has been around 3-4 LPA depending on the company and the profile of the student. Around 60-70% of eligible students secure placement each year

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate it around 8/10 for relevance and comprehensiveness. I chose this course because it offered solid foundational subjects that aligned with my interests. The curriculum prepares students well for higher studies and provides decent exposure to lab techniques. However, for real world readiness, it could be improved. Teaching methods are mostly theory-heavy and would benefit from interactive approaches. Exams are moderately difficult and conceptual clarity and regular revision helps in scoring well.

We will be ready for placements from the 5th semester as we will be given training on interview skills in the 5th semester. There are many companies that visit colleges like PN Rao, Reliance, Tailorman, etc. There are good different profiles offered like merchandising, designing, retail with different packages offered from different companies. There is 100% placements assured from college also we get more options for interviews and companies. I got placed from college in Tommy Hilfiger after my degree.
