Course Curriculum Overview

This is the best 2nd option to opt after neet. As the course study is somehow similar to medical course. And this course is very interesting too. The exam timing is perfect but the difficulty level of the papers can be little liable for the students as this things neeed more concept then mugging up.

Internships Opportunities

Some department provide 6month internship program in their final year. Also students can apply for online internship from various other universities. If some students want to do social internship then the facilities along with certificates is provided by the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

1st year - 45000 around 2nd year - 50000 - 520000 around depends with other facilities provided in that particular year due to new course updation . 3rd year - same like the previous years around 40-50000. Scholarships provided by the Indian government are applicable for admission.

Campus Life

The infrastructure is good. There are many clubs along with individual department clubs so the interaction and engagement of the students in various activities in the campus is really appriciable. So there is always some activities going on in the campus along with studies. Some clubs even provide charity facilities to hospitals or poor people.

Admission

Compared to Delhi university I won't choose this college over that as this is a semi government college and Delhi uni is completely government college along with much more facilities than this college but compared to other private college this is a good college for learning and experiencing new things.

Faculty

The faculty members are friendly with the students. For doubt clearance also they are always available. Marking system of the department is little strict for the students to learn more than mugging something . Strict marking system help the student to score good marks in the final exams. Also the practical classes are very skilful and enjoyable.

Life in St Edmunds shillong

Course Curriculum Overview:

Although this is a private college still it has recognition for the efficiency of this college. I wasn't interested in medicine and engineering. so I had to do a BSc so this college is one of the best in North East India. From the chemistry department, there are various scopes such as the food industry, oil industry, wax industry, ONGC, OIL, and various jobs. The teaching method is efficient and if there is any chance to improve then I would like to say that faculty should monitor that every student is being facilitated with proper materials.

ST ANTHONY’s COLLEGE SHILLONG

I chose this college as its just 100 KM but the other one was too far. Plus was expensive too as I come from a middle class family. And the course in the other college had a rule that you can't just pursue music and you have to take 3 degrees all together. So if you take BA. MUSIC you have to take BA. PSYCHOLOGY and BA. My story in st.Anthonys college Shillong

I originally wanted to go to Delhi university I even got the seat but because of the delay of the Cuet result I had to keep my option open. I applied to maybe 4 college one is from my local place, the other one is b.booruah,st Anthony's and DU. But since my Cuet results were delayed I ended up in stb.Anthonys I got accepted in the other two college which I applied for but since st.Anthony's was my second option I came here. In st. Anthony's due to some network issue my acceptance mail was stuck so I had to come here in the college and talked with the principal after finally talking with the principal I received my email and my admission was done.
