Remarks

The college management is very polite and kind. Overall, I think that I finally know why it is one of the top colleges. It has made such a positive impact on me and given me the confidence to face the real world. It has taught me that being timid and shy is of no use. The fees are feasible even for common people and faculties are well trained. It got all what it needs to be a good college and yes it is. I would recomment it to everyone.

Entrance Preview

My 12th marks were all i had to submit for my seat in this prestigious institution i got 69% in it which was accepted. After my name appeared on the merit list i had to go for a personal interview where 2 professors asked me about what i liked about schooling etc post which we were given admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Its a very worthy course, Natural gases of earth. The faculty is great and they teaches us nicely and help us to overcome our doubts. Various practicles were done which helps us for our further research. I enjoyed a lot. The subject combination of physics, chemistry and maths and english as elective is perfect. It teaches a lot of things aide by side english. From the basics to a very high level.

Internships Opportunities

The college does not provide inyernship as of now but they are working on it to provide it to the students as soon as possible.

Placement Experience

2

The placements are quite okay. Unlike other Colleges in the stare various Companies like Google, Some BPO(s) and many companies came from time to time to recruit students. This put the college at a high rank and as a result the college recruit only qyalifued students. I could quote quite a number of students who got a job before completing their courses. But i still feel that this could be better so that more students got a future through this institute.

College Events

3.5

Its also reach from the side of cultural and festivities. The Freshman, College week, foundation day, Independence Day, Teachers day, childrends day etc wete celebrated here. Some Seminars, Quiz competitions are also held here. The Festivals are nicely celebrate in this institution. The alumni and the ex teachers are present at this festivals. We enjoy a lot a celebrate together these festivals in our college. One very special ocassion was the college week where various indoor and outdoor sports and games were played.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees were not expensive, evwn common people like us coul afford it. we spend around 20,000 a year including everything. this is what i like about the college. This fees could be paid in installments depending on the choice of students. There are upto three installments, first to be paid during admission, second usually before selection exams ant the third usually a month before final exams.

Fees and Financial Aid

Various scholarship schemes are available here for ST,SC and OBC atudents. These scholarship are availed via the state governments in order to hlep the students in achieving their aim. unfortunately, there are no scholarship schemes for the general students.

Campus Life

4.5

s a very big campus. Everywhere is green. It maintains the ecological equilibrium of the environment. There are about 2.5 : 2 ratio of male and female. Here consists one gym point, one indoor stadium, three playgrounds for Basketball, football and cricket, one big library, one big computer roim one seminar hall, one auditorium. Teachers common room located near the library. overall its a great campus. It has got a paid wifi connection too

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostels are great. It is situated near the college. There are two buildings with seperate boys and girls. Some rooms are sharing and some single rooms are also available here. Mess food is also great. It total costs around 8000 per month.PG's are also available arount the college which costs them around 4000 per month

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni connection is good. The alumnis attend the seminars, freshers etc. They hepled the needy in every way they can. They greatly motivated us in swinging forward to uor future and aim. They guide us in every way they can. They are great.

Exam Structure

The exams yes were very strict. We had two to three exams a year and questions were set from every nook and corners of the syllabus. one needs to prepare thorouhly for attempting exams and we need at least 75% attendance in order to appear for it.Exam halls were silent,no extra papers and electronic devices were allowed to be carried inside the exam halls other than what tge invigilators provide. It was fair and a perfect exam scene. Unfair means got no chances at all.

Faculty

5

Faculty is super awesome and very much dedicated. Some of the teachers make you love that subject which they teach. They are perfectly trained in theur respective lines. they did their job real good. Its an awsome college regarding faculties. The Principal was friendly and so was his assistant. The faculties sitting in offices,be it the clerks or whosoever were very helping.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of my course is pretty good and helpful with proper teaching about the subject, it is also helpful for real-life work and activities with proper hands-in skills teaching and theoretical knowledge. But there is a big setback that it is not recognised by the Indian council of agricultural research(ICAR). Recognition by the ICAR will have a big boost in the course and department

Course Curriculum Overview:

Although this is a private college still it has recognition for the efficiency of this college. I wasn't interested in medicine and engineering. so I had to do a BSc so this college is one of the best in North East India. From the chemistry department, there are various scopes such as the food industry, oil industry, wax industry, ONGC, OIL, and various jobs. The teaching method is efficient and if there is any chance to improve then I would like to say that faculty should monitor that every student is being facilitated with proper materials.
