Sankardev College, Shillong, Meghalaya initially started as a night college, serving students in the field of Arts. Now, the college is offering three years degree courses in Arts as well as Science at honors and general levels. Students from North Eastern States of the country are given preference for admission in the college. It is preparing students for the better tomorrow. The institute works for both the morning and day shifts. It provides dedicated faculties for imparting such education that would help the build their future and hence earn their living. The institute also offers two years course for higher secondary level.
