Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

There are real life examples of the theoritical things. A lot of Projects and assignments are given to first year students but with a short duration of completion time. Learning is done alongside activities which prepare us for mid sem and end sem exams.

Internships Opportunities

3

Internships are a sensative part of our college. Students with Backlogs cannot apply for internships, Students with poor attendence cannot apply too. Students who are absent in internship workshops also cannot ask for help in finding an internship. Basically, the student needs to be an active member of college's events in order to find a good internship.

Placement Experience

2.5

There has been a lot of campus placement since the establishment of this college. Writting a cover letter and a CV for the companies we are intrested in, is a compulsory part of out curriculum. We are also made aware on the various sectors in relationship with our college for internships.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees was comparatibly less than what other educational centers ask for. For a middle class child, for example me, fees for Higher Education was quite non affordable but this college provide EMI fees payment without any intrest which helped my parents a lot. Same goes with the Hostel, they provide 6 months, 9 months EMI options by which we were able to afford the facilities. Scholarships are available for 2nd and 3rd year students which is based on their performance in 1st year. Non General Students also has the same fee structure.

Campus Life

3.5

Our Alumini is right now playing for Indian cricket team. Besides, our other aluminis presented India in Paris Olympis 2024. Sports and Sports Club widely engage studnets in various indoor and outdoor games of their choice, be it Carrom, be it hockey, be it musical Chair.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Mojo Campus has a deal with Jain University. Mojo's PG provide hostels for our college. Food here in purely Veg with 4 time meal plan. North and South Indian Cuisines are served hot. Daily room cleaning are done to avoid Germs. After 8:30 there is a curfew time.

Admission

Compare to other colleges. Jain University's fees was a quite less and also affordable for my family which was the prime factor for me to choose this college. Few of the other colleges did not select me because of their lack in intrest in my Vision of Women Empowerment and safety. They were more focused on students who had the potential of attracting big companies for placement.

Faculty

4.5

There are lot of clubs and exciting activities, Most of the professors are Phd pursuing Students. There are clubs like NSS, Eco club, NCC, Fashion club, Student Council, etc. There are 2 mid semester exams and 2 end semester exams. Papers are checked by 2 External examiners without them knowing the name of the Student for fair and impartial judgement.

The curriculum isnt only theoritical but also has lot of practical insights which helps us gain onfield experience and knowlegde. The course could have been made a little less hectic for the students and a bit of breaks could have been added in between them. The exams are really packed and we get a lot of assignments.

Our curriculum includes syllabus in regard to that of National Education Policy scheme where in we have 2 core subjects. I chose biotechnology and genetics since it something I really look forward to pursue as my career in the field. We had one subject as open elective which enhanced our curriculum since we could choose from various course every semester. Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements right after completing their B.Math(Hons) degree, i.e after their 6th semester. Companies like Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn, Wipro, and other Multinational Companies visit and every student gets an offer from one company or the other. The package ranges from 10LPA to 25LPA. Those students who opt for placement after their B.Math(Hons) course is over, all get a placement offer while most of the students prefer to continue their Master's Degree. I too would like to complete my Master's Degree after my bachelor and think about further options thereafter.
