Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Obviously they teach to treat patients with diseases. Curriculum is based on standard practices, not any modern advancements. The ways of teaching could be enhanced by better infrastructure. The exam timings are not very bad.

Internships Opportunities

2

The internship occurs once you have passes 4th year. It is a 1 year inernship with stipend around Rs 35000. Many patients have to be treated so the exposure i very very good. However this makes it hectic too.

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise feed is only collected for Exam fees. The tution fees is 0. The registration fees is required in 1st year only. Admission fees is Rs14500. The college itself does not provide scholarships.

Campus Life

3.5

Many annual events occur These are JDA PLEXUS FOUNDATION DAY alongwith other regular pujas and other yearly celebrations. The campus is big and full of greenery. We can walk. There is 1 playground and 1 auditorium.

Admission

Being a government medical college, it obviously offers education at almost no cost. The cutoffs are medium in Assam as it is a very old college. Almost all seats are filled up instantaneously so get your seat in 1st counselling itself.

Faculty

3

Faculty to student ratio is very good nor very bad. Just average. There are 3 internal exams and 2 final proff exam. Curriculum is according to MCI and taught on slides mostly. Most faculty are good if you behave well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is not at all easy like all the other courses but since this course deals with life and death situations I would say the practical applications introduction has lead to a better side of this course. This course is completedly real world based curriculum. The faculty members are well equipped to everything they teach and the methods currently focus on application based studies. This course has many exams each month and therefore the student has to study properly.
