Teachers are helpful they are also very friendly in nature
The nature and surrounding of the college is pretty good with clan and peaceful environment
The college fest and events are one of the best thing of the college

Dislikes

Our college poor infrastructure only 1 academic building having 4 branceh all together
Placement is ver low only few students get offered
Poor sports facility lack of maintainance in sports

Course Curriculum Overview

Ous college is under ASTU so curiculam is ver old hardly any changes uou cant expect to get any level of GATE exam type knowledge from these curriculum.curiculam alo adds many non engineering subjects .

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 15000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly fees 14500.for four years around 60000rs. For latera entry around 40000rs.fees is same for all categories many scholarship like ishanudai gives 75000rs per year and the fees of our clg increasing.

Campus Life

My overall experience is pretty decent canpus is becoming better as our infrastructure still need a boost there are many clubs but only few of them are actually active in future we hope there will be more such active

Hostel Facilities

Its not so good out hostel dont have wifi yet we only got a bed and table they disnt even game us a single chair the hostel authority is not ao good they dont give us good food breakfast only breads are given with a gam

Admission

In assam this is one of the old colleges in comparison to others we this college have some old teachers which teaching is better then other colleges avilabe here.Also as a old college facilities are also very good

I am a mechanical engineering student here all the faculity members are well educated and helpful they have good experties in their own field of interset.we have 4 departments CHEM,EE,ME,CE.marks are given in cgpa system

Placement Experience:

Not good at all placements. Worst placement college that is ever been. They couldn't get companies coming to this college after such long times. The only companies which comes gives packeges as low as 200000 per annum. which is worst in these present times.

Placement Experience:

The placement of this university is not upto the mark. The highest package recieved by a student was 37 LPA. He was an ECE student. The average LPA is around 6-7 LPA. I think it's a bit low compared to NITs/IITs. But compared to other central and state universities its quite good.

Students can participate in interviews, written tests, and other selection processes during this time 8th Semester: The placement process continues into the 8th semester, and students may have additional opportunities to secure job offers from various companies 2) Many reputed companies such as swiggy, Amazon Microsoft google etc come to our campus. 3) As per the 2022 reports average package in my branch is 12.28 LPA and highest package is 52.8LPA. 4) As per 2022 reports an approximate percentage of 89 got placed in my branch. 5) My plans are to prepare for railway entrance jobs.

Our college has one of the best placement record in India From 7th semester you can apply for placements and there is cpi cap for attending some interviews The highest package in the year 2023 is 2.4 crores and lowest was 5.2 lakh Avg package is around 21.15 lakh which was amazing As expected of a teir 1 college Many tech gaints like Amazon, IBM , Microsoft etc visited for recruitment Around 639 jobs were offered Many different roles and profiles were offered in these placement recruitments like Software Development Engineer, Member Technical Staff, Design , R&D, Developers, Data Science,Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, Marketing Manager, Analyst,Graduate Engineer Trainee, Post Graduate Trainee, Technical Executive etc... You are eligible for internship placement in the 5th semester and for the full time, you're eligible for campus placement in the 7th semester. 223 offers were made for 22 pass out students. Some of the companies that visited our campus are Amazon Deloitte ZS Associates Tekion Mindtickle Gamescraft. The highest package was 61.5 lakhs and the average package was 15.34 lakhs. 95.12 per cent of students got placed. My plan after college is to work as a software developer.
