Likes

Environment of college is very good for students.
In campus GYM available and other sports activities also
Seniors are very good for interaction and friends also

Dislikes

Food quality is very bad. We are adjusting for food
Teachers are average they don’t do interaction with students.
In cafeteria area food are expensive too much.

User experience course is very good. This course have high scope in abroad. You can start freelancing with this course.course is difficult but if you do with full mindset you can do anything. But others collages are good for this course

Class Size: 180Course Fees: INR 880000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

90000 class fees and 67000 hostel fees per semester. Hostel fees is increasing in every semester around 7000. In 4 years around 15-16 lakh was expected to pay that includes Class, Hostel, Stationary and food fees.

Campus Life

Campus infrastructure is awesome. There are so many clubs to join to increase your skills. You can make your group for night walk . Students doing jamming in night. Clubs audition are good. If you have you can do anything.

Hostel Facilities

I'm hosteller. Hostel mess food quality is very bad. Hostel wardens are good in nature. Care taker is available 24/7 . They also provide ambulance in emergency. Hostels toilets and bathrooms are unhigenic.

Admission

The Course is very good.Teachers faculty are also good. Environment of University is excellent and there are lots of club to join for skill development. Management of University and infrastructure is next level.

Faculty

Sometimes faculty is good and sometimes faculty is very bad in behaviour. Male faculties give more attention to girls they want all work from boys not from girls. Some faculty uses students for their work.

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have good curriculum based on Bdes curriculum of IITs, DTU and IIIT but it could have been better if they would have added some elective subjects. Their are elective subjects in third year only for students who don't get internships. As designs is new branch in our college I am sure it will improve over tym

Placement Experience:

From 4 year we are ready for placement but some people choose to do thesis and some choose internship . Many companies came to out college like live space n more. I guess the average will be 6-7lakh in starting . And 40% got placement from this college . If their is no campus placement we can go through linkedin and many more.

From my personal experience I believe the course was really basic like not even the first step More complex apparel could have been taught How to identify the fabric should be taught one on one not via zoom meeting Professors prepareed ppts and in class only read that it was monotonous not even a word extra from pptthen they expect great results in are assignments

IIFD - Best College for Designing courses

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did my 10+2 in Commerce and my interest was in designing that's why I choose this course. The faculty members at IIFD possess strong academic backgrounds and hold degrees in their respective fields. The faculty members were very helpful during the course.

It is good for the education they provide good theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge also. The faculty also so good and supportive they are also qualified, masters. They all are soo knowledgeable. The student-faculty ratio is 10:1.

Honest insider review - Chitkara University, Punjab

There was no such entrance exam sort of thing. they were just expecting a minimum percentage in the boards examination that too was very low to be honest. i didnt found such difficulty for the admission process as i had scored good marks in the 12th board. The application form was available on the official website of the university. The fees has been increased the last time i toook admission. It took 162,000 for 1 yr of college fees. No reservation benifits were availed by me being a GENERAL. Overall, the admission process was easy i found no diificulty. Although, they can improve the communication hrough the intermediater who accepted my form and took me thorugh the admission process. as it was online, i found some difficulty in communicating with themaslso havinng some misunderstandings with them.....Read More
