College principal is not present in the college .And the people in administration section are not cooperative

I wanted to choose chemical engineering from the beginning after I passed 12 grade as my course.No it does not prepare us for real world .the whole system of this college need improvement.They teach us properly and the difficulty of the exam is high.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 14500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college fees yearly is 14500 and for cultural function 2500 is taken.Here relaxation is provided according to ur caste.this college cannot provide placement . Not good for future of the student. This college also can't provide lab facilities like other Colleges.please don't send ur children to this college.

This college conducted technical festival called technician, cultural event and function are done frequently on cultural occasion.Here the library is too small no place to read books insde the library room .this college made clubs but there is no club event held till now. About sports -there is no sport equipments Students bring there own equipment.Tool poor for a college

Admission

I didnt choose other college but I gave my preferences for other college but I got placed here after my counselling. The system is too bad to understand. The website where we apply for our exam also crashes sometime .

The things the faculty teach to us we can't understand it properly some of the teachers don't even able to mean what they written over the board or smart screen.About our exam-class test frequently taken by the teachers and there is a midterm in between the months and at last end sem.And one more thing I want to say that in this college the teacher who teaches communication her own communication is shit .

Placement Experience:

The college holds a high placement rate with a significant percentage of Students security jobs before graduation. The college attracts reputed companies e.g. google ,microsoft , bajaj, oracle,barclays , grow ,etc. for campus placement including top multinational corporations and leading firms in various sectors . Total 164 offers were made by 59 companies during last academic year(2022-23). In addition, IIT Guwahati students have already received as many as 214 pre placement offers during the academic year 2023-24. The highest package this year is 2.05 crore per annum. Placement rate is 72%. My plan is to get a good pre placement offers before my graduation .

Placement Experience:

The placements in our college are very good. From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements . The unplaced students can go further studies like MS ,MTECH . The companies visited our college are atlassian ,Amazon,AWS ,optum, Myntra ,UBS ,Amadeus ,oracle ,sap labs ,mathworks ,Hpcl ,Bpcl,HUL, Goldman Sachs and many startups . The highest package offered by AWS 52 LPA.The average package is 10,00,000 to 12,00,000 for cse and it varies for different branches

I have just completed my schooling. It's but obvious that studying somewhere else from your hometown is exciting. And so as soon as I got my results, I started searching for the colleges and found AIT. As per my research, the faculty over here implements practical strategies into your studies that really made me choose AIT. The admission process was very smooth. They asked for certain documents that I have submitted and then pretty much went simple. It was very smoothly conducted by the teachers and the student volunteers.
