Likes

The professors and the faculty member are very helpful and they provide all the information and knowledge that a student needed
There is a huge variety of Cericulam and activities and seminars which help students to build new skills
There is a huge ground for sports and there are kany opportunities for a sports man

Dislikes

There is no union so the college is totally controlled by the college authorities
The college is very strict and didnot entertain any type of fun and privacy there is no space for students
There is no fest and function and also there is no space to hear students want

Course Curriculum Overview

My course curriculum is great they not only teach by books and notes but also take us to historical places in west Bengal as well as other states they also provide seminar where they bring reputed guests and noble man

Class Size: 56Course Fees: INR 25000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many internship opportunities provided by our collage many comanies like amazon, paypal, google, paytm reach our college for their own internship programs which include fees for student and with many learning skills

Placement Experience

There is a placement cell in college which provide very good placement to all the students of all departments even though the science and commerce Department get much higher values as compred to Ba the highest is 64000 and the lowest is 10000

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is same for Sc and general but there is some relaxation for christian students and some scholarships for them to the joinning fees is 25000 which include the first semester the second semester is 450 but the other four semester is 5019

Campus Life

My overall experience is great i had a great life and time in this college they organise many events and seminar and i also learn many new thnigs and made mnay new friends and also they offer us to play in the ground and also send us to national level

Admission

This colllege is far better than other college in terms of heritage, education, prestige, reputation and also good for our future plans this college ranks the second spot in Calcutta University and also best in history faculty

Faculty

I have taken history in Scottish church college and my faculty is great in terms of teaching and providing important information where as there are many other faculties which are great to like physics botany political sciene and commerce they provide you with book in class library and also you can use main library and also they provide placement for all

It was good to be a part of that college

You have to pass the 12 th boards with above 90% marks then only you'll get the college. They always have the application form and all the informations in there official college website. There was reservation policies as I was sc so it was a little bit low cut off for my reservation. The exam pattern and difficulty level was a little bit hard. The admission process was fully online and convenient. eligibility of my course is above 75% in PCB subjects in 12th grade. online application and everything related to admission is available on the website. Appreciations for college

For taking admission in Scottish church college you should have atleast 90% best of 4 in your 12th boards(although it will slightly depend on department to department). You will get all the updates from the college website itself There is no partiality in the admission process If you have merit then obviously you will get chance to study here. Scottish Church College doesn't take any admission test. The college admits students on the basis of their board exams. So likewise I got admitted to the college through my board exam marks. The eligibility of the course is the percentage of one's board exam marks. The application form can be found in internet on the college's official website, and further more details,like application fees, application dates etc are given on the college website. If anyone asks me that what aspects of the admission process I didn't like, my simple answer is there is nothing that I didn't like about the admission process.
