- Large, green campus with all the amenities available in Dwarka sec-3
- The sports facilities, library, new APJ classrooms are amazing.
- Connectivity with metro, along with malls and outing spots nearby.
Dislikes
- Faculty is not interactive and no personal connect with teacher.
- Attendence policy is very strict and they might detain you if you fall short off.
- The placements are not the same the same that are displayed by then.
Course Curriculum Overview
In terms of relevance and market needs I will rate my course 2. In the field of mechanical engineering there are many new emerging technologies such as 3D printing, AR/VR etc but we are still pushed to work on drilling machines and draw engineering drawing on large peice if paper. No technology is being that is required for the current job scenario.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total tution fee (4 years): 8.5lakh Year 1: 1.90 lakh Year 2: 2 lakhs Year 3: 2.19 lakhs Year 4: 2.29 lakhs Hostel fee for year was around 1lakh for all the years. Annual fee keeps on increasing every year.
Campus Life
My overall college experience was mix of different emotions. Although the college life was okaish but the hostel was horrible. The food there was below average and atleast 50% of the hostlers got food poisoning in 2 different hostel.
Admission
I got admitted to this college via JEE MAINS exam. Based on my rank I was getting few NIT's, DTU, IIIT's etc I chose this college because of their placements and great coding culture along with good peer circle.
Faculty
The faculty just takes their classes and leave. Everyday atleast one class is canceled. You have to self study for most of the subjects as teachers are not well trained or they are not interested in teaching for the same.
