Course Curriculum Overview
The MIT Manipal curriculum is relevant and comprehensive, integrating modern technologies and hands-on projects. It prepares students for real-world applications but could improve with more electives, industry collaborations, and interactive teaching methods. The exam schedule is good, but more continuous assessments would help.
Internships Opportunities
There are very good internship opportunities in the college and many big shot companies visit here for offering the Internships and PPOs. There are multiple student projects which u can join and also they have received a lot of laureates till date.
Placement Experience
After 6th semester u get eligible for placements So many companies visit the college for placements which can be checked on their website. Highest package this year 2 CR and then average was around 20 LPA 90% get placements
Fees and Financial Aid
Every year mostly tution fees are increased by 10%. The complete cost of education would be around 30 LAKHS There are multiple number of scholarships available, which u can see on their website, which are given on CGPA and MET RANK
Campus Life
Techfest - TechTatva Cultural Fest - Revels The class are equipped with modern technology and quality education is being provided The sports facilities are very good U also have a 5 floor huge sporting complex named MARENA.
Hostel Facilities
There are total 23 Hostel Blocks in MIT, the rooms has attached washroom and AC. U have option of single and double rooms. The Mess Menu is one of the best in India with 4 meals a day. The Hostel Availability is a bit issue as it gets filled very fast.
Admission
U need to pass class 12th with more than 60% in PCM There is no reservation criteria. Apply on manipal.edu website mostly entrance is held in April and May. The admission process is very smooth only the portal is a bit fucked.
Faculty
Most of them have their Doctorates completed, and atleast Masters is done by all the faculties There a lot of faculties available and hence a good Faculty to student ratio can be expected. The teaching methodology is good, plus they the System of IMPARTUS where all the classes are recorded and we can view them anytime.
