The course fees of this college is 475000 along with which an additional 10000 has to be paid for slot booking at the time of counselling. There is no reservations or qouta system that is available in this college. The scholarships can be achieved on the basis of MET which is their entrances test and the scholarship varies upon waivers on the tution fees

My annual fee is 4,85,000 there will be caution deposit of ?15,000. There is no any compulsory charges during the course completion as per the category like management or SC or ST. There is no any such categories in fee payment.

There are way too many exams conducted every week, although it is to make students comfortable with topics but it gets very hectic and inconvenient.

Fees and Financial Aid:

The tuition fee for my course which is Data Science and Engineering was approximately 4,00,000 per year. But if you are able to maintain a yearly CGPA of 8.5+ then you are eligible for scholarships up to 90,000. Now the fees has increased for this branch, maybe because of addition of some new courses and labs which were not there earlier.

The fees one has to pay depends on the course he/she is enrolled in. If the course is related to Computer Science / Electronics / Electrical, their fees sums upto 18.6 lakhs for full course. But a student can avail for scholarship in the form of fee waiver of 20% or 100% if their score in MET is below 5000 (<100 for 100% scholarship) and they maintain a good CGPA. If a student is able to maintain a good CGPA without having a rank less than 5000 can also avail for 20% scholarship in their higher semesters. There is another exam conducted for students living close to Manipal, and their fee structure is different while also costing them significantly less (around 4 lakhs for full course). The return of investment is quite good as a student from above mentioned courses can get placed for average of 20 LPA.

Exams here a bit difficult. You can't pass the exam studying one night before
Fees here is too high. Irrespective of the branch you fees will be around 18 lakhs for 4 years

The fees here is on a higher side. Fees here vary according to branches. For example if your branch is computer related it's total fees for 4 years will be around 18.5 lakhs excluding hostel fees. They have recently started payment of fees through emi. You can check it on their website.
