Likes

There are several things I really like about my college. The campus facilities are fantastic, with a well-stocked library, a modern gym, and plenty of comfortable study spaces. The academic programs are rigorous and engaging, many events also happens
The infrastructure of our college is too good as compared to other colleges of DU. Washrooms are also clean, Canteen food is not that much bad, it's also nice. Moreover college ground is too large, students sit there in winters .
There are various societies in our college. In college, joining societies is very important for improving communication skills, enhancing leadership skills, for making connections, and engaging in different activities and events. Society give exposur

Dislikes

I don't like the location of my college. It's okayish, it's not in Noida nor in Delhi (it comes under Delhi only) but it's at outskirts of Delhi. So yaa there isn't much chilling spots out there.
Fest is not good at all in my college. Yaa fest is okayyy but not as much good when compared to other colleges of Delhi University.
Administrative behaviour is so mean sometimes. In some cases they don't even respond properly. But they are ok

Internships Opportunities

There are two cell in our college which offers internship and placement opportunity in our college:- 1. Training and placement cell of Maharaja Agrasen College. MAC tpc 2. Commerce placement and training cell Mac cpc These two cella offers opportunities for placement and internships in our college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure of the courses that are provided by my college is very minimal. Everyone can afford that, there's no such policy of increasing tution fee. We only pay tution fee, everything gets included in that only. Scholarship is also available for the students who are not financially too good.

Campus Life

There are many events that are held in our college. The name of college Annual fest is 'yuvaan' . There is also different fest of college departments. Yuvaan is generally held in month of March. And other departments fest are held after yuvaan. There's is also sports day in our college.

Admission

For bcom hons , you must had a language subject in your class 12th. Economics, business studies and Accountancy or Mathematics You have to pass the Cuet examination with good score for securing a seat. If you fall under reservation category, the cut off is comparatively lower.

Faculty

The faculty members are very good in my college. Most of them are PHD holders as they have doctor in their name. And they teaches very well and we understand topics very easily. We can also approach and interact with teachers whenever we want, they're always there to help us and listen to our problems. Teachers are very helpful and humble.

A students insight on his college

Placement Experience:

Eligibility is 5th semester onwards you can get campus placement. Deloitte, TATA, nestle, other big MNC's Highest is around 20 lacs and average is around 5 lacs. 60-70 % students get places but it can be higher or lesser depending upon the crowd of students , their talents. I think I would choose a professional course like civil servant.

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college is quite ok, specially in my course the placement is good.Major students get placed. Big Companies visited our campus for placements- EY, Deloitte,Kpmg. Highest package of our college last year was 21 lakhs.

Curriculum is old and rigid, the still teach old methods and syllabus is updated very slow. But with introduction of SEC and VAC courses student have some different options which the can choose to study for their semester.

Placement Experience:

PWC, Icici Prudential and like wise companies which needed students for finance and accountancy roles offers placements to students. Many new startups too have started coming and this has made placements percentage shoot up in recent past.

Placement Experience:

From 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements I am not sure about the number of offers made but last year Deloitte visited the campus for recruitment. Highest package is around 11lpa plz check on Google. And average is around 5-6 lpa. Seniors told me around 30-40% of the batch gets placement. My plan is to do mba after college

It's a decent college, but better than many other colleges

Placement Experience:

Final year students(5th semester) are eligible for the placements, many famous company recruits, like Deloitte, flipkart,amazon and there's many local companies as well. The highest pakage in 2024 was 24LPA. 20-30% students gets the placement as most of the students opt for Higher studies or get into competitive exams. The jobs offered are based on your course.

After the graduation the students are Eligible for the placement and internship are provided in the same during graduation or courses. And some of the good companies which visited and made the offers. The average package of the company offered that 1 lakh approx in the placements this opportunity starts in du also now the good student can do this. Getting a 90% Above Mark's . After completing my graduation I will take admission in maters also. And also prepare the government exam's.

Placement Experience:

I am getting in srcc was purely my luck. i applied for this college because anywhere you see you will find the name of this college to be the top college in the commerce field and in every other way. i also applied for hansraj, kmc, hindu, etc but i got into my first preference. the admission process in not very complex you give cuet, score more that the cutoff, then make a preference list, and if you get into college you just have to submit the fees online on the du portal which will confirm your admission....Read More
