Environment and teachers are good and they explained topics very well

Dislikes

Placement is not expected as they explained at the time of interview.
They should recruit teachers who have sound knowledge of the particular subject

Course Curriculum Overview

We all know engineering course syllabus is very vast. So it's really take long time to prepare ourselves for semester. But semester duration is soo short only 6 month so we can't prepared ourselves in this short time.

Fees and Financial Aid

Now a days I realize that market demand is high for computer science and information technology. As well as civil engineering is also fruitful. So if you go for your engineering career you should invest your money these courses because after completion the course you can get any job easily if you have sound knowledge in computer programming knowledge

Campus Life

Every year in Nov-Dec month college seniors organized a festival which is known as college fest.our classroom was good and so attractive. In computer lab there were lots of computer available but maximum time we face technical issues where programming language not running so we face difficulties.

Admission

For engineering You should prepare yourselves for WBJEE and other all india basis entrance exam. Ther was no particular cut off marks. If your rank is good you are eligible for govt college for admission and if your rank is not so good you have to take admission in private college where couse fees higher

Faculty

Technique of teaching are not so interactive . If we ask a particular topic same time they did not guide us. But sometimes they arranged extra classes for us. Overall we are not so satisfied about teaching . The course fees was so high but teaching quality not so good

Placement Experience:

From Third semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. The companies like P360, EY, Deloitte, Tech Mahindra, Neutanix, BinaryWorks and few more visited our college for placements and mostly 15 to 20 offers were made Highest package was around 5 to 6 lpa 50% students were placed I am now preparing for govt jobs and side by side also applying for offcampuses. I have also given CUET for pursuing M. Tech

Placement Experience:

Studentsbecome eligible for placements from 7th semester. Various companies such as TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Godrej, etc. come for placements. Earlier many offers used to come however in the recent years the number of offers made have reduced significantly. highest package comes around 10 to 11 lakhs per annum with average being 4-5 lakhs per annum. I have kept my options open after completion of degree in doing further studies that is Mtech or getting into a job whichever seems appropriate at the situation.

A GOOD COLLEGE WITH GOOD PLACEMENT , SPORTS FACILITY.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from 7th sem. The names of comanies visited are TCS, Infosys, Capegimini,Tech mahindra etc. Some students Got 2 offer laters . Highest packages last year was 47 LPA (off Campus) 27LPA ( on campus). Average pakage was 5-6Lpa. The job role is Software Development. Percentage of Students Got placement is 92-95% In my Deoartment. Other is Around 70_90%. My plans to take placement from product based company.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

If you are good then everyone and everything is good it's all about you

Eligibility criteria is you have score above 34%in pcm(physics, chemistry, mathematics)that's all ... when you get 34% you are now completely eligible .. admission starts from may .. there were some process of admission..the institute conduct his own selection exam you have to score above 60% in that ..then you are eligible...and then from fill up the admission the registration ...all charges are included with fees ...fees ar in 3 yrs it is 132000......Read More
