Asutosh college in and out

Geology is the study of Earth's physical and internal structures and processes that act on it. We came to know about Earth's formation, it's internal structure through Geology. Geology has led to the explanation of fossils and fuels and the concentration of geothermal energy. Every 6 months we take our semester exams.

The total tuition fee for this course is INR 16800 for the entire duration of this course. We have our compulsory field work for about 14 days each year for which we have to give about 15-18k. So the complete cost is quite high for us. The College provides us svmcm scholarship but there are some eligibility criteria.

Every year a lot of exams take place at Asutosh College. During winter er have the program " Lalon theke Lilon" .. we also have internal football and cricket matches. We have a beautiful library full of every types of book which is available for all of us. We have chemistry, geology, botany, and zoology laboratories.

In H.S., candidates who have aggregate 50% marks and have passed in mathematics, chemistry, and physics with good marks are eligible for Geology. The application form is available on the college website and this year's admission portal already have been closed. The application fee is free of cost for everyone. There are reservation categories, candidates belonging to the sc/st/obc community must have obtained a minimum of 40% marks in the aggregate at the previous qualifying examination. In a gap of 6 months, we give our semester exams. The difficulty level is medium to high.

All the faculty members are highly qualified. They all are very friendly and teaches us like their own child. They all are available all the time when we needed. They share their experiences with us. We feel very comfortable while interacting with them .
