Remarks

Mainly the college admits students on basis of jee mains rank . The reservation is for 50 Perent home state and 50 percent of other state. The forms and documents related to the admission are provided.in the college website.

Course Curriculum Overview

The exams are asked related to subject curriculum taught in the class. Very less or nothing is asked outside what the teachers have taught. Exams are two mid semester exam and end semester exam. Without marks ratioo of 30:70

Internships Opportunities

Most companies are Accenture, Deloitte, de shaw, TVS, etc.the procedure includes cgpa screening. Then aptitude test for futher shortlisted candidates.then final coding test followed by interview. The procedure is explained us by training and placement cell.

Placement Experience

Mostly there is very less probability that you might not get placement after completing the course from this college.if by chance, no placement, then also college reputation can easily fetch you a off campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

Based on category fees reimbursement is provided by college in tution fees for sc,st,obc and ews categories. 2/3 fees is reduced for income between 100000 to 500000. While whole tution fees is exempt for income less than 100000

BIT DURG a 3.5/5 college

Placement Experience:

To be honest placement scenario is not really good. One becomes eligible for placement in the final year. Companies like cognizant used to visit the college for mass recruitment but after covid even they are not visiting. But few startups visit every year. The highest package this year was 12 lpa ctc. And avg 6 lpa. Only 30 percent get placement. My plan is to do M TECH.

From 7th semester we can sit in interviews but the companies are far too less, like in last year only 6 companies came to campus at all, with an average package of ?3,00,000 and about 15 students got placed from Entire BTech, like 15 out of 500 students that too for sales roles

It's a great college for engineering as well as commercial

Remarks:

As I've mentioned above the management is worse but the teaching system is good. The director is a piece of shit a bald cunt. He did not even know what he was doing. He was a non cooperative asshole. All he did was snoooe around in classes and intimidated teachers. All in one it is a good college to tak admission in.

Life At Nit Raipur

If I talk about other colleges then I also give viteee and I'm getting vit easily as per my rank but the tag I want is from nit so I choose this over vit.After getting nit Raipur in jossa or csab you have to report physically on the day they called u and verify your documents. How is nit raipur

The admission process in the college is through jee mains rank . Nit raipur is one of the oldest college and have very good infrastructure. The placement in metallurgy branch is median 8lpa+ average is around 10 lpa and highest package vary because for tech companies is 40+ and for core companies around 20lpa .
