Likes
- As i think bhairab Ganguly college is overall a good college. Im college we have facilities of study and many things. College campus is too good and clean. If we look into the college library then there are every books provided for studying and focus
- One more thing i like about Bhairab Ganguly college is that our college focus on social works and events. They always give a social message through events and programs. For example, planting trees,debate on current affairs and talking about women etc
- Teachers are very good and motivating in our college. Teachers guide us amazingly and they listen to our problems . Teachers give us notes before exams so we can learn from those notes and write more better in exams. Overall teachers are hardworking.
Dislikes
- Firstly I dislike college's decision on internal exams timings. They give us only 1 hour to write answer of 14 papers of sheet. This is too hard to complete. Only few students complete the paper. Other students only write what they can do in 1 hour.
- Bhairab Ganguly college's parking area is not fixed . Many students park their vehicles where they want to. Because of this other students face problem. In my opinion college should have a different and separate place for parking the vehicles.
- Water connection is not good in Bhairab Ganguly college. If you want to drink water then you have to go to 2nd floor for use of drinking water. And many don't even know that our college have drinking water supply. This is too embarassing moment .
Course Curriculum Overview
Overall my course is good and suitable for me but one thing that i didn't like is exam timing. Exam timing is too short . Students have to write a 14 page of a answer sheet within 1 hour. This is almost impossible. College should change this rule and should extend the exam timing.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total cost of this course is under 20 thousand approximately. We to pay three thousand in every semester. I know this is affordable in some case and is expensive too in some cases. But government give us scholarship of twelve thousand in ever years. Swami Vivekanand merit cum means (svmcm) is the scholarship which is given by government in every year.
Campus Life
Social, cultural and religious events happens in Bhairab Ganguly college. For example saraswati puja event , fresher party, farewell party and debate etc. There are technical supports in classrooms like projecter and other things. Sports and extracurricular activities happens oftenly .
Admission
Application form is available in Bhairab Ganguly college's official website. There is no need to come in college for admission. Just fill the form and wait for the merit list. If your name is in merit list you can take admission by paying the mentioned amount. I don't think so that there is have to be chnages in admission process.
Faculty
In my opinion All the qualifications of the faculty members are above Graduation. Teachers are graduated with b.ed, dled , mbbs and many more degrees. Some Teachers of my course are graduated from Bhairab Ganguly college. Even the security guards of the college are 12th pass and graduated. Overall i would like to say we have teacher and faculty members with good and excellent qualifications.
