Likes
- The infrastructure is great and also being located in Karaikal offers a unique cultural experience
- There are various clubs and societies for students to join like telugu club, fashion club,literary club etc
- Events like "Le Ciel" (cultural fest)offer students a platform to showcase their talents and skills.
Dislikes
- The climate is too hot we can't bare this climate
- There is only one train to reach Chennai this is one of the major problem for students
- Here there is only few shopping malls , there is no much travelling spots in Karaikal
Course Curriculum Overview
Yes ece takes major place in future . Semiconductors plays major role .they make us learn about chips and designing of chips .they teach us more practically so that we can understand it much better.they involve student in labs more
Internships Opportunities
For us they said to do intership in 3rd semester.from first year onwards they teach us how internships are going to be and how projects takes place . Most of the students do their internship in ongc karaikal and some of them do in our college and other students also do their internship in our college
Placement Experience
From 7th semester students are going to search for placement jobs . recently on of our senior got job in Bangalore she is the one who got best package in ece.max no. Of will be placed some students are going to study further so they will choose mtech or something else. Ece has best placements in our college
Fees and Financial Aid
There is nsp scholarship for students it helps them more and tution fee depends on their category and hostel fee is same for everyone .nsp scholarship provide 1 lakh in first year later the amount will decrease half of it.
Campus Life
Most of the students involved in dance club , telugu club and prototype band. They can show their talent through clubs . Sports also plays important role in our campus we has interdeparment sports and internit sports
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is also good but there is no ac . Mess food is average but we can manage and if u wanted any pg u can book outside the campus.actually the mess food they will keep according to students to give protein food to us . Every Wednesday and Sunday there will be chicken
Admission
U should qualify upto the mark there will fee for application form there is separate fees for category. To get ece oc,bc should get above 90% and for sc,st above 80%.after paying the fees for application they will return money in first year they will ask to pay extra amount so that they will repay to us
Faculty
The faculty is good but here they involve PhD students as lab incharge . We can talk freely with faculty there is no partiality.if we face any problem regarding studies or any Issues we can convey to faculty and they will solve they will definitely help us
