Course Curriculum Overview

I have opted for BSC Honours in Botany .. I have opted this degree/course because I'm very connected to our Mother Nature and environment.... And I really feel that I can do things to save our nature and environment

Class Size: 4Course Fees: INR 7750 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Our Admission fees is only ?7750/- only ....It includes all tuition fees ,field visit,library fees etc.. There are lots of scholarships offered by our college include fee waiver scheme etc etc .... But the students should have a proper income certificate

Campus Life

I will say that I'm having my best Uni life in this University because it offers a wide range of opportunities for the students from sports ,Dance,Art,politics and much more... The varsity week ,moupiya,abege etc events were celebrated in the University

Admission

I have got an admission in this University through CUET ... The general students should have to score atleast 400+ in the CUET exam to get admission.... I think the University should give students the chance to opt their SEC and MDE subjects by themselves and not by forcing them to op the subjects the students usually don't like

Faculty

The teachers were very professional... They all were well educated and have experience of teaching 10years and above... Maximum of the faculties have a doctor degree and they were so cooperative in all aspects

Best environment friendly College with all facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose it because I was more influenced by business and economic activities. The faculty members were really helpful and very good in every activites, they help us alot in our academic activities. Teachers are well experienced and skilled. Enough time was provided apart for us there was corona time and we didn't get much time, but also they provide enough time to cover the syllabus and for us to prepare, the exam is really tough for those who Don't prepare.

Remarks:

The college is very friendly, and donot let you miss your family. We have much freedom like wearing whatever we liked as it didn't have uniform. We can use our phones or laptops inside our classrooms for the study works. The teachers are good. The staff is also friendly. All over it is good. But few things need to be taken care of like the poor condition of the toilets and some classrooms are very dirty.

Best educational institution of Assam

Cotton university is one of the most prestigious educational institution in Assam. It is a pride for the students to get the opportunity to study here. Some of the reasons are, It is the best place to explore the political or cultural fields. The infrastructure is good and the living spaces are well maintained. They provide all the necessary facilities like library, auditorium, laboratories etc. Academics is overall quite decent and the faculty mentors are also very nice and welcoming. I applied for Tezpur University Examination and JMEE FOR MCA program and I didnt get Qualified . Cotton University admission to all the UG and PG courses are based University-conducted entrance exam called Cotton PostGraduate Entrance Examination (CPGEE) and Cotton UndergGaduate Entrance Examination (CUGEE) and General selection of Higher Secondary student on merit list and Phd Entrance Examination for PhD.
