- Hostel Life is quite good you would have a very good time there
- University is quite clean and green you would have university market health care facilities
- Professors are very cooperative ie if you asked them anything they are qualified so they would clear your doubts
Dislikes
- Lab equipments are not in very good condition like most of pc are not working
- Placements are not as you expect. you would have to bring atleast 7-8 cgpa for good placement
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is the same in most of the colleges. That is if you are doing btech in any college you would get the same curriculum. There is nothing special in their teaching experience but yeah few teachers give practical demonstrations to help you understand the topics
Placement Experience
Many companies come for placements for ece and cse companies like BEL , Infosys, Wipro, Avon , Siemens in previous year ie in 2024 placements were not as good as it should be only 3-4 students from ece were able to bag a package of 11lpa . Min package offered is 3-4 lpa and max package is of 25lpa
Fees and Financial Aid
Well the normal fees for general students is 89k per year for Tfw students - 24k / year There are many scholarship schemes that you could check on nsp site or you could ask officials in room number 225 These all are for btech only
Campus Life
Campus Life is great there are cultural fests , large sports complex and you could join clubs and participate in competition like hackathon and many more university is very beautiful in terms of cleanliness college provides for trips overall speaking hostel Life and campus Life are great
Hostel Facilities
Boys hostel are like any other normal hostels not very clean as you would expect but yeah you could get pg or flat as these are widely available there and are quite affordable mess are good but only provides veg food their are pg's in sec 17 and in front of University too
Admission
Well like most of btech colleges uiet too take admission through jee mains. If you have a rank below 80k you would get cse ( for general students) for ece your rank should be below ( 150k) these are for general students with state quota
Faculty
Most of the professors are btech, mtech holders from uiet kuk, they are very cooperative and will give you their best to make you understand your doubts but some faculty members are PhD students so they are like students themselves so you can't expect much from them.
Interview Experience
For admission you must have qualified jee mains and after that you have to fill hstes form that is for all btech colleges in Haryana and then there is physical counsiling that happens in college only by going physically but no there are no interview for admission you just have to bring good ranking in jee
