Kelkar Education Trust Not only focuses on the proper curriculum but also teaches many new things which helps students in their future exams conducted in this college are for 60 marks external paper and 40 marks internal one can clear all subjects if he/she attends lect properly and regularly

in kelkar college students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester itself big companies like Colgate,Asian Paints Approach for placements The Average package offered is 3lakhs pa and the highest package is 6lakhs pa for banking and insurance students for getting placements student has to score around 8cgpa for a good placement my plans after getting a degree would be probably mba if i get into a excellent college otherwise doing a job and getting experience and then opting for mba

The Fees here is quite reasonable tho it increases year to year the complete cost of education of banking and insurance course can go upto 1.5lakhs to 2 lakhs i have seen many teaching staff itself is a ex-kelkar student so the campus employment is there

Kelkar Education Trusy VG Vaze college comes with a lot of events and a very huge fest known as dimensions which is typically held in the month of december 3rd week it has a big library too also many clubs if any student wants to take part in which provides certificates that can be added to your cv and make it look better

For Choosing banking and insurance course you have to score atleast of 50% in your 12th boards Application Form is available on the college's website itself which is https://vazecollege getting admission in this college is possible if you have good percentage in boards

Faculty

Kelkar Education Trust had enough faculty according to the students and every teaching staff is always ready to help and guide through any problems also students feel comfortable approaching the teachers because they are cool they provide proper guidance and mentorship i love the teaching staff they are very helpful and approachable

The college is Good

Placement Experience:

From semester 5 students become eligible for campus placement. The companies which visited college are Deloitte, KPMG, Asian paints and some other companies. And most of the students were selected. The average package offered was around 300000 LPA.

The course is very good on paper. University has given like 8 subjects from which we have to choose 5. But this college itself chooses 5 subjects and students now have to learn only them ... Like in 3rd year sem 5 there was subject international finance I wanted to study that because baf course is all about finance but the college had subject management. So yeah be prepared for this. Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is recommended for the students who want to pursue a career in the finance field or if someone who is looking to a course like CFA, this bachelors degree becomes handy. This course teaches you about the financial spectrum of the whole world and gives you an intricate understanding about different financial instruments and their relevance in the society. It teaches one of the most sought after skills in today's world, that is financial literacy. Still I think some of the subjects introduced under the NEP are completely irrelevant such as EVS and IKS. We as college students need to give quality time on some professional subjects, not that these subjects are not important but they need to be emphasised in the early classes. There are three internal exams of 10 marks each and 20 minutes for each paper. The end sem exam is of 30 marks for minor subjects and 60 marks for major subjects. Also I feel that the difficulty level is okay.

The Vaze college outline

I did applied for MCC i.e mulund college of commerce and somaiya college and I did got in both the college but as kelkar college was convenient for me according to my schedule i preferred it over any other colleges. Aslo my college has a great event management which makes its more exciting for a college life. The admission process was clearly easy and simple as it was done all through electronic mode in the college website, the cutoff of my course was around 90 and for other minor categories it was different.
