Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is very much hyped. Kelkar se psychology karoge toh naam hoga no bruh they social psychology teacher is RUDE , ok I accept that rude teachers creates diamonds but she doesn't show humanity???????????? overall all the major concepts are included in the course if we are able to learn them it gives you confidence to explore and observe find examples in real world

Internships Opportunities

2

College aren't giving anyinternship opportunity , if students want to they can do it from outside but has to fill documents notifying the college that they are doing something which can affect their attendance

Placement Experience

4

After third year college give students placements in companies like Accenture Deloitte etc , placement are good but they way kelkar is moulding students is worst... Students can apply for internship from 2nd yr . Percentage of students getting placement could be around 47%. As most of students want to percieve higher education. My plans after degree is to percieve MBA

Fees and Financial Aid

Breakdown of 3rd year Psychology - Tuition Fee: ?25,000 - Admission/Registration Fee (One-time): ?2,000 - Library Fee: ?1,000 - Laboratory Fee (Psychology Lab): ?1,500 - Caution Deposit (Refundable): ?3,000 - Development Fee: ?1,000 - Examination Fee (University): ?1,200 - Student Union/Activities Fee: ?500 - Other Miscellaneous Charges: ?300 Total last year Fee: ?35,700

Campus Life

5

I hate kelkar's infrastructure, they are still using old wodden table benches which needs to be renewated !! Overall they clubs are doing great the literature, psychology, musicals eventmanaging clubs all are great , they are creating new opportunities for students to show their talents. Clubs like vaze sanskriti helps all these club to perform in front of vast audience and explain importance of our indian values

Admission

Kelkar was my first choice as it gave me my school vibes. I always wanted to get admitted to kelkar but never knew I was going to suffer this much. I hate kelkar staff. Another college I opted for was bedekar but kelkar was anyways my first choice I'll blame kelkar for killing the student inside me...

Faculty

1

I hate kelker's non teaching staff , they are very rude , they always work according to their own mood , self finance course non teaching staff is the worst they even speak foul language, , exam committee has implemented 1yr 1 kt exam rule which rises the drop students rate significantly , and if someone want to leave college and get admitted to another they won't make it possible for you , college will create multiple hurdles like they won't give you leaving certificate, marksheets nothing , they'll just says apply next time for the same exam pass hojao fir nikal jana.

Night Life

2

College is surrounded by grasslands or we can say wild area , night life here is like people smoke cigarettes and weed around college , it has residential area in front so that might be also contributing into such events... I never visited cafes near kelkar as I they are far away not in a walking distance.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is neither difficult nor easy. It is a good curriculum for even an average student. The teacher mostly used the traditional teaching method. It needs to be improved. The exam's difficulty level is not so high again good for average students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculam is designed for all round development of the student and to make that person an expert in that field, these aspects influeneced me to choose it. Very well, with extra paper of real world application on each subject it ensures that we take something from the course and become industry ready The teachings methods and cirriculam are excellent I don't think any changes are required Exams are all year round, every month and are extremly difficult to deal with, as Xavier's bar is very high.

Jai Hind College is among the top 3 colleges in Maharashtra and not only academically; Jai Hind College is best known for its extra curricular activities too. The atmosphere and the environment is just so great that nobody would want to leave this college. The faculty of this college is supremely well and the non faculty members are also extremely helpful. I’m honestly thankful to this college for helping me grow and for helping me get out of my shell.
