College infrastructure is very good and students like to hangout in their campus with their friends and also teachers are very supportive towards backward students so that they can achieve something big in their life , Intership opportunity there

No placement for graduate students that gives so much pressure to them in their career. No facility of transportation for students and fess is very high for poor students, some basic facilities are also not there lile pads for girl students for perid

Course Curriculum Overview

Specific aspects of the curriculum that influenced me to choose this course was because it gives planty of opportunities to young student in their career. Good education guves prepere us for real world applications and further academic pursuit. Placement cell has to interact with privious year students. Frequency and timing of exams along with our perspective is good and fast.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees is 10000 per semester and 750 is exam fees. The complete cost of all things cost almost 200000. The amount of schoolarship is 20000 per year. Campus employment roles are intership in news channels and study tour for students.

Campus Life

The annual amd technical festivals are held every month. The facility of technological provision in classroom are good because Ac is there for students and smart board is also there. The overview of sports and extra curricular are also done on annual sports meet. Students unions are there in college for help of every student.

Admission

Eligibility for course is 12 pass . Application form is available on official site of dspmu.in and application fees is 1000 and dates is 15 July Reservation for lower cast stuents are therr also schoolarship is also provided. The frequency of timing of exams is good and fast. Admission cell has to work faster for betterment of students.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is 15 teacher to 65 students which is impressive. The faculty's crediticials and their approach to teaching and mentorship is also good to students. We can daily interact with teachers and dean.

As there is many different Big companies for placements like TCS Tata consultancy services, Wipro, CEAT, Jagran, etc. There are around 50 + companies for each courses. For sitting in the placements you have to pass in every subject of each semester. Around 80% of student get campus placement. My plans after getting The Bachelors degree in journalism and Mass Communication I will pursue for Masters degree in journalism and Mass Communication.

The bright future college

Placement Experience:

From semesters 5 and 6 students become eligible for the semester. Many companies visit for placement. Right now I am in my first year so didn't have experience of companies visit. The package is given in heavy amounts more than 10 lakh is given per annum and the average is 5 lakh. The percentage of the students would be 98 or 99. My plans after getting the degree are to have a good placement and a well-settled job

Poor Internship Opportunities

Placement Experience:

If the course duration is three years i.e. 6 semesters, then the college placement team gives an internship opportunity in the fifth semester with various companies and organizations. Very few companies have visited to date as the university is not very much experienced in terms of growth. In short, placements are not that much up to the mark. After getting the degree, most of the students opt for higher studies or work in startups in very small packages.
