Remarks

The admission process is a 2 step process. Firstly, there is an entrance test followed by a personal interview round. The questions asked in the entrance test were very similar to that of IPU CET for BJMC. The personal interview round consists of a panel of two faculty from the college who ask questions about past academic qualifications and experiences. Overall it's a smooth process and the journey here is incredible.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is up to the industry standards and follows the same curriculum of Amity University Noida. The faculties are highly qualified and supportive in nature. They will guide you through each and every problem you face during your entire tenure.

Internships Opportunities

1.5

Very few internship opportunities are provided by the placement department and most of them are unpaid internships. This is very much frustrating for the students as there is no spark in working for a company that doesn't pay a single penny.

Placement Experience

3

If the course duration is three years i.e. 6 semesters, then the college placement team gives an internship opportunity in the fifth semester with various companies and organizations. Very few companies have visited to date as the university is not very much experienced in terms of growth. In short, placements are not that much up to the mark. After getting the degree, most of the students opt for higher studies or work in startups in very small packages.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is not too high nor too low. As per the location, the fees are moderate and quite affordable by most part of the society. Various scholarships are also provided by the college during the time of admission. The scholarships are based on Class 12th percentage for undergraduate studies and graduation percentage for post-graduate studies. Also, due to the covid 19 pandemic, the management has confirmed to give free education to its students who have lost their earning parents.

Campus Life

2.5

Still, the university has no proper campus. The college is being operated in a rented building in three locations. This makes the study congesting and suffocating. The university is planning to set up a campus in the near future but that story still goes on. There is an annual fest called Amiphoria where lots of students participate in different activities. The library is not up to the mark and is not accessible by everyone most of the time. The classroom has two Air Conditioners which is a plus point during summers. It also has a built-in projector for digital teaching and presentations. Overall, the classrooms are well furnished. A lot of extracurricular activities take place inside the campus and the students are rewarded well enough. Sports activities are conducted on army grounds since the college does not have a campus.

Interview Experience

4

There was no group discussion involved, but a personal interview was conducted by a panel of two faculties from the same department. The questions revolved around past academic performances including extracurricular activities and what urged us to choose the particular course.
