The events are quite amazing and interesting and fun to go it provides the best campus life.
Scholarship opportunities are available pretty easily as it depends on the 12th marks.
Teaching faculties are good and have personal mentors which help us various fields

Dislikes

My financial condition is not so good so i m here in amity university jharkhand.
Even though being in ranchi and amount of money they are asking or costing for btech is much high providing with nothing extraordinary and placement is worst
Lower middle class people cannot afford to addmission in this college.

Review of my Amity Law school, Ranchi

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is quite interesting and I personally feel very grateful to have pursued it. It is one of the courses that shapes me as a fine citizen of india. Moreover the course structure is very practical in nature as it includes training sessions like drafting, researching, moot courts and others. The teaching style is student friendly and teachers teach as per student's comfort. The exam level is moderate..if one is attentive in class they will score well.

College Life In Amity University Ranchi Jharkhand

Likes

Girls are more as compared to boys approx 70% girls and 30% boys ratio here.
Course structure is very good for future carrier, French language is included as a foreign language to work easily in a Foreign Company without any language barrier.
Faculties are also very cooperative and highly qualified.

Dislikes

Random extra classes shown on amizone app.
Biotechnology students are not able to enjoy the fest due to extra scheduled class.
Lots of formality to take permission fir a training.

I want to go in a research field and want to work with scientists The faculties teach there in aspect of modern science and applications and all the topics related to job and entrance like CSIR Net and many more. Exams are taken very early like mid sem 1

The professors are helpful and are always there for guidance
Fest and functions are celebrated in the campus are enjoyable
Psychology and quants faculty are available for helping you towards any competitive examination

Campus is not as big as it should be keeping in mind that it is a private college
Some students of the college are ruining the environment of the college
Equal Opportunities to all the students somewhat lacks in the college and favoritism is seen

Students become eligible for placement in the 5th semester. Tata ,Wipro ,Synfosys and many more companies visit for hiring the students. Highest package is about 12 lakh and average is about 4-5 lakh. My plan is opt fot higher education after completing BBA

Why shouldn't anyone's join amity ?

Likes

College has a centralized air conditioner system
Ambience is really good for student studying there
Extreme level of security system is there making it

Dislikes

Faculties is not handsome and every faculty is boring and make us sleep
Road Is really bad causing us bad health And it makes us difficult to go to college
Canteen food is too expensive for a student.It should be of average costing , which is not too much for a student to pay.

Extra curriculum are very good and ut gives us a great opportunity to learn and intership is alao good many faculties come to ys and make us do small internship as it get us very educates and also the great values to us

The lifestyles of Amity University

Likes

There is no ragging in college. If students does teacher take action immediately.
Nice teachers, faculty, good canteen food, clean college.
The teachers was there super cool they take students as there like own son . They listen there problem and take care also.

Dislikes

They take exam very fastly. Every 2-3 week they take exam.
The time table of college is very long. Morning 9am to 4pm time of teaching in college
The attendance of student take seriously, like in college if students has less than 75 percent attendance they dont take exam and also they deduct there marks

Placement Experience:

In my college placement is good. In bba there is average package is 2-3 lakh. If you go 4-5 semester they will be eligible fir placement and company come for you interview. Highest package is in college is 48 lakh and lowest is 2 lakh. Name of the company's that come us is tata motors asian paints etc big name here comes. My plan after getting degree is to do job

Amity University Jharkhand- an Overview

Likes

The quality of faculties were really great. Everything regarding course is taken care by the faculty membef
The procedures for everything is really very smooth be it accounts department, IT department, Finance department.
The students needs are really taken care of.

Dislikes

The placement opportunity could have been much better. But it hasn't been a long time since the college has been started so as per that it was quite decent

6th Semester the students are eligible for placements Pirama, Univo, Genpact, Chheg, TCS, these companies visited for placements Highest package offered was 10 LPA but from different department For BBA in our batch ut was 5.5 LPA 80% of the students willing to take placements got placed in our batch I got placed

A honest review for Amity Ranchi

Likes

The infrastructure is quite good, providing a comfortable and conducive learning environment for the students. The classrooms are well equipped with air conditioners. Also, every class has it's own projector, making it easy easy for teachers to teach
Another thing that impressed me was university's committnent to punctuality- classes started on time and teachers were very quite strict about it. This installs a sense of discipline and responsibility in students.
Amity has it's own portal called "Amizone". It tracks all the classes, exams, results, and schedules. It makes it very easy for the students.

Dislikes

Some of the professors who have just recently completed their PhDs, lacked the teaching experience and expertise needed to effectively convoy the complex concepts. Their inexpensive and many a times lack of proper knowledge made it very difficult.
Despite Amity's claims for prioritising research, my experience was vastly disappointing. The labs are not well equipped. Some faculties publish papers but only reviews. Overall, the resources are limited for research.
I felt overwhelmed with the bizzare amount of assignments that does not good. After spending 8-10 hours in the college, students are forced to do multiple assignments.

There are mid-semester exams in the middle of every semester and an end-sem at the end of it. There are a total of 8 semesters. The course curriculum is of mid-difficulty. Anyone who attends and listens to classes can pass them with flying colours. Curriculum is designed as per UGC standards. They also teach subjects to meet the industry demands. Foreign language such as French is compulsory. Overall the curriculum is good.

Dislikes

75% is mandatory to your each subject if not then they will not allow to sit in sem exams
Teachers are so strict you have to complete there assignments
In one day total 4 to 5 classes running and they give breaks a lot each class 1 hr break

This is my honest review in Amity University Ranchi placement are so much good comparetively to other colleges in all over Jharkhand if you Rasonate your skills if u are build your skills you will definitely crack your placement. And the placement coordination & internship coordination helps very much in tym of interview In 2024 many company visited like SAP labs , Flipkart , Wipro , Deloitte , Airtel , TCS, Dell and many more .

Amity University, Ranchi - good or bad

Likes

There are many events in the college. In which you can participate
Faculty are good, friendly and help you out. A mentor is provided to help you in every situation

Dislikes

75% attendance rule. The attendance rule is what i dislike the most
Vast syllabus in each subject. In every semester there will be 9 subjects and each will have 5-7 module

Placement Experience:

Placements are good here brands like amazon came here for selection. Also a proper training is given to students who opted for placement like interviews session. The average package is around 5-6 lakhs and the highest is 46 lakhs

There is lot of engagement in students in the college.
The course curriculum is good and effective.
The infrastructure of the college is good.

Dislikes

The timing of the classes are too long for self study.
The University is still under construction.
The spots to Hangout after classes are limited.

Placement Experience:

The placement are provided it is eligible in the last year of your course. The average placement package is 6 lpa. The highest package was 45 lpa. My plan is to grap the placement and settle afterwards in my professional life.
