Chandigarh University honest review.

The academic curriculum of the Chandigarh University is not very bad and not an excellent. We can say moderate. The lab facility of the college is good. Because the instrument are enough to use the students. And the subjects in curriculum is as same as PTU. But some extra courses provided by the university. Which is very annoying have no meaning . So according to me these courses may be exerteyby University. And otherwise curriculum is good.

The placement situation of the CU is not very good. There are 90-100 company are came to campus every year. The company like TCS, Infosys, deloiy, and more similar company comes in CU. And they conduct test round and select students. The mass recruiter are TCS and Accenture like companies. There are 10000-120000 total students are there but only 900-1000 students got placed from campus. And the other are off campus and by own .so in simple words. Placement is not very good. It depends on your hard work.

The fee structure of the university. I'm providing engineering CSE fee structure because I'm engineering student at CU. The semester fee is 106000 at my time when I got addmission in 2022. And the scholarship provided on the basis of an test. CUCET which is conducted by Chandigarh University. So u can get scholarship from 10 to 90-95 percent of scholarship. But the criteria is that I have to maintain your 7.5 CGPA every year. If you not maintain it. Then you lost your scholarship. There is also different criteria to get scholarship. That is army background, 12th marks. Etc.

The campus life at CU is very fantastic if u are in CU hostel. There are so many events going on every day of the college. Every single day is celebrated something in the university. The party in the college is very nice. The celebrity in college comes very often. Like Akshay Kumar, Sunny deol, aayushman khurana, and so many.... So the overall. The campus life at CU is very good.

The addmission process in CU is very simple. U just have to apply for CUCET test. And based on your score. You will get addmission on that scholarship. And you have to paid half amount of your semester fees. And registration fees Which is near about 3000-4000. And the eligibility criteria for the engineering in CSE is atleast 75% marks in 12th boards. In any board. So the addmission process is as simple as that.

The whole university is divided in branch and branch is divided in academic units. For the better management of the students. So in every academic unit minmax 1500 students are there. And the teaching staff for the is students is about 200-250. So the students teacher ratio is more like to 15:2 or 15:3.
