Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I have had a dream of pursuing MBBS.I wanted to become a doctor from my Childhood. So after clearing NEET it's like a dream come true. After joining MBBS I got to know it's quite different from what I imagined. The syllabus is a lot compared to your previous course. The curriculum prepares us very well for real world. It is not just learning through books but also clinical exposure. The government hospital tied up with our college also helps us a lot for this purpose.Overall timing of the exams are perfect.Internals make us ready for the final exams

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee Govt seat-1,41,000 per year Pvt seat - 12,00,000 per year Management quota - 12,00,000 per year along with 1 crore donation The fees have to be paid for a total of 4.5 years. Every year the tution fee is getting hiked. General merit students with income above 8 lakhs don't get scholarships. Other scholarships like NSP are available to avail l Stipends will be given to Govt quota students in internship. It's 30,000 per month Internship is for a total of 12 months after final year.

Campus Life

4.5

We have fest once in 2 years. Minifests will be held once a year. Library facility is very good. Its one of the best in Asia because of range of books available there. There are projector facilities in all the classrooms. Sports is given importance. We have been overall champions of RGUHS in the past. There is Leo Club JJMMC and several other clubs for having an impact on the student life.

Hostel Facilities

4

We have 6 hostels totally. Boys- International boys hostel General boys hostel Girls- Kaveri Ratnamma International girls hostel Sharavati The food is very good in these hostels. The registration process is easy and simple. It is very affordable. Room or pg can be rented in MCC A or B block near the College. The college is quite flexible regarding the hostel facilities. You can stay wherever you want. But I suggest hostels are better.

Admission

The eligibility of the course is through UG-NEET.Our exam was conducted by NTA. The counseling processes are either All India or through KEA. We have to apply for counseling process. Based on the marks different colleges will be available Usually the General merit cut off is 45k rank in NEET Private seat is normally 80k Management seat you just need to qualify NEET

Faculty

4

The faculty to students ratio is actually good. There are a lot of faculty members. They provide a range of knowledge. We get a chance to interact with them on a daily basis. We have to make good use of the available opportunities.
