Likes
- The quality of infrastructure is quite nice.It has all the basic facilities available but still it needs to be get improved.Campus amenities are good and also there were different rooms available for different circulation activities.
- The course syllabus is good.you will not get developed academically but also it enlarge your prescription and broadens your mind to think multidimensionally.
- The faculty is best . they are helpful and provide everything that will make your studies easier.they also give good marks in less efforts.along with this they also try to build friendly relationship.
Dislikes
- The college doesn't provide any internship opportunities and they do not do anything for skill enhancement
- They did not organise fest upto the du level and also the faculty is not supportive in making the fest successful
- Kind of nepotism is followed there . seniors support their fav junior and make others fell negligible
Course Curriculum Overview
I will rate the course curriculum 5 out of 10 because most of the ba students prepare for competitive exams and the course is not relevant to that so I fell it's not that fruitful for students who were thinking it would be beneficial for them.i don't fell the course prepare you for real world applications it only prepares you for theoretical perspectives.the frequency and timings of exams along with the difficulty level is pretty good all you need to study the previous year question and you are good to go
Placement Experience
The average of the college was 4.5 lakh . personally I don't believe it's enough there's a placement cell you need to the member of that cell to get placement as I mentioned earlier most of the students prepare for competitive exams so the quality of placement is not decent enough
Fees and Financial Aid
The college fee is decent but the expenses come from accommodation.and it's really to live in Delhi if you belongs to middle class family.it will take 8 lakhs to complete 4 year graduation course with includes college fee, examination fee, accommodation fee along with other miscellaneous expenses.the college do not provide any internship, scholarship as well as hostel facility which makes the college life more hectic.
Campus Life
The North campus college organise amazing fest but this not goes with south as well as off campus colleges.there are enough books in Libray with accordance to the syllabus.the facilities and technological provision within classroom is good .we were provided smart boards in every classroom as well . sports and extra curricular activities are also there but that's not very regular and efficient.you can be the member of society but there is internal politics which I personally avoid
Admission
For getting admission in du first you have to clear the cuet cutoff of that specific year.the admission process is quite easy going.all you need to have patience and wait for college allotment.after you cuet you have register yourself in csas portal of du and prepare a preference list according to your choice of course and college.one tip I would like to give do enough and deep research before making preference list.
Faculty
As I mentioned earlier the faculty is amazing.they have vast knowledge about their subject and also they sometimes taught us beyond the syllabus to broaden our perspective.the student teacher ratio is also good.they provide enough material to score good in exams.the teachers were supportive and we approach them whenever we want.But there were some expections also there.
