Likes

The college is good. First I would start by the hostels they are really good. AC hostels are there.
Secondly I would say the campus is great.
Classes are fully AC which makes it easy to study and lab facilities are also great.

Dislikes

Fees is too much for per semester and that's too much.
They don't consider about the people who live outside punjab.
It's more of wrote learning rather than practical.

Course Curriculum Overview

I would say course is good. It covers all tge aspects from basic to advance level. Though I feel sometimes that the course structure from the start should be more placement oriented rather than school oriented. Exams happen regularly.

Class Size: 1300Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure as I already mentioned is high according to me. Though scholarships is also provided. 3 types of scholarships are provided, merit 1, merit 2, merit 3. With this there are various types of financial aids are also available in our college.

Campus Life

Overall experience has been great in our campus. I have learnt many things as well through college. It's great to be in a college in my opinion as you meet new people and make new friends, have some relationships.

Admission

Addmission process is simple, there are various round of councelling, there is specially a Punjab quota as well. Timings of exam is simple there are 2 shifts one is morning shift and one is evening. So its great

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is good. We have a class maximum of 30 students. So each student gets an equal oppurtunity. Faculty is highly qualified and educated. Though sometimes they are not considerate but it is what it is. You can interact with them at anytime.

Chandigarh University - My experience from fees to social life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is good and cover every aspects of learning and skills needed in today's time but it feels the semester get over to fast in around 3.5 months with 3 exams and lab exam. They should provide the real learning based on a student interest some student are good in coding but they lack to communicate better, they should focus on that part also as they also do in many cases by giving subjects like soft skills and communication skills every sem.The teacher should not be reading the ppt only . We can do that also why we are paying that much fees just to learn from a teacher who is just reading the slides.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the course curriculum as largely relevant and fairly comprehensive,. one of the main reasons i chose this course was the balance between conceptual foundations and practical exposure. the curricuum supports future academic growth since many of the modules introduce us to advance topics early, making it easier to explore research. some topics feel slightly outdated and could be aligned better with the current industry skills and technologies. the exam schedule is manageable, though sometimes multiple assessments happen in the same week or same day, ehich adds pressure . Spacing out evaluations a bit more and giving clearer rubrics could improve the overall experience

Honest is the best Policy

I was getting addmission in some other private colleges but this was near to me and had a great rew.. Its infra and hostels are really worth it.
