Course Curriculum Overview

For the specialized branches there is a term system the semesters will be divided into terms and they will have regular exams. For other branches it's all semester wise system so we have exams based on that

Internships Opportunities

There are alot of companies coming to college for interview and internship. Students can apply any course or role they can choose it. Everyone will have a project in college which should be submitted by the end of the fourth year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The course which I opted for computer science core branch. So we have a fees for 275000 for the year. It's a reasonable amount compared to other colleges in Bangalore. We get offered a merit seat if we write the entrance exam so there isn't anything donations for it.

Campus Life

We have a two floor library. Which is big enough and have all kinds of books like reference books study materials and Everything. There are alot clubs for the students from the departments and the cultural clubs.

Hostel Facilities

There are two type of room sharings for the girls. One is a double sharing and the other is triple sharing. In double sharing there will two beds, two tables and chairs, two wardrobes, one washroom, one balcony.

Hostel Fee: INR 125000 per year

Admission

The eligibility for this course is pcb in 12th with a minimum of 60% in board exam. There are reservation benifits but as I got it from a general merit i didn't get any benifits for it. The admission process is very simple you can easily apply for it.

Faculty

The faculties are good. They are friendly and understanding. They teach all the concepts well. We can go to the staff members anytime and ask doubts for anything they are always ready to help us out.

RNSIT : Best college for students

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is very active in our college. Every year more than 30+ companies come to our college for recruitment . Our seniors from 7th semester get placed in many companies and before getting placed in the company our college offers internships to every student. Around 80 % of the students get placed in companies and work efficiently. The average package for civil engineering is 2.5 lakh per annum.

My College Review

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

Placements are the only bad thing about the college . Average ctc is only 4 lakhs per annum and only handful of students get actual placement.and rest get placed in either call center or training companies

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.
