I selected BA Hons political science it's my fav subject that's why I selected this course it's easy for me to learn some times. It's little hard situation in that time i ask for help to teacher and they clear my doubts

Total amount of my course is 35000 its completely fair per year it's something 8200 good and fair with my graduation overall experience and if you want to took admission then go for it overall very good course

Their are so many campuses and all are good infrastructure and connectivity to reach their good helping staff they are providing all activities and sports and extracurricular activities offered by campus any student run social groups , club etc.the facility and technology provides within classrooms teach classes helping to build a good character of students and du campus is no 1 in ranking

You took admission based on your 12 class percentage and give entrance exam for best colleges I'll took admission in du Sol and it's totally online available on their official website dusol.in you can took admission easily

Faculty

Personal when I go campus for first time faculty members help me to for my class teachers are very good and polite and their style of teaching it's very easy to learn a student and if you've any doubts they clear all your doubts in very easy method

DSC is a decent college!

Placement Experience:

DSC placements are not that great as around 30-40% students are placed and that is how it is here. Most students of Political Science go for higher studies or get job opportunities in political consultancy or journalism.

Gargi : A home to a stranger

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love the course I have opted for in the College. I had so much interest in literature since I was in school, hence made the decision to opt for English Honours in my undergraduate degree. The curriculum of this particular course is easy to get, teaches practical knowledge. We have Internal Assesment and Continuous Assessment before theory exams. In continuous assessment, we are given some topic to make presentation or a group discussion from our sense of knowledge and experience. Speaking up in a crowd and in front of the whole class gives the practical knowledge of being there, present, confidence and speak up your thoughts I would love if we can also watch theatre within the curriculum as we read various plays but watching and analysing them would be great. Mostly the exams are held in December and May, they are moderate level of examination and I have found absolute no difficulty sitting in them and writing. We get 3 hours for the core subjects, and 1 hour for our respective VACs, SECs and AECs.

Truth About Hidden IPCW (DU)

Placement Experience:

Since i am 2nd year myself, hearing from seniors, seeing placement cell activities and reading reports, placement at ipcw are decent but far from perfect. The placement drive is not as huge or reliable as some commerce Acc. to the nirf report, for ug courses out of 1204 eligible students 118 got placed, which is roughly 9-10, for pg course, out of 100 eligible students only 6 got placed. Median package for UG was 6.20 lakhs per annum, and for pg is 6.7 lakhs per annum. In earlier years (2022-23) , median UG package was higher. The highest package went to 23 lakhs per annum which was quite impressive. It was from DE Show and co., Wipro, Capgeminie etc. there are regular recruiters like DE. Shaw abd co.,Wipro, Capegemini, Godrej properties, Sirion Labs etc. What i feel personaly as an eco hons. student unless i build extra i cant really expect placement. Masters and competetive exams are next option
