Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Actually I take this because i don't know what to do after 12th. So i decided to take a bachelor's degree and i got admission to bsc physics course. In our department we have three labs, 1 ug physics lab, 1computer lab and 1 pg physics lab. I think that those who love physics should have worth in taking this course, we have highly talented professors to teach. However some of the materials in the lab was damaged, they replace it frequently, but those damage so fastly. Exams were held under Calicut university announcement.. It is sem wise, there were six sem in 3 yr. In 3rd sem and 6th sem we have lab exams

Internships Opportunities

3.5

For our physics department, there were no high internship programs, we got some workshop-like things. And we did our projects in our labs. Our tutors guide us in our projects. For another self-financing department, they provide internship programs.

Fees and Financial Aid

Actually, in our college, we have two types of departments, self and govt. Our physics department comes under aided. So we do not have to pay the fees if got admission through merit. If we get admission through merit we can apply for egrantz and we don't need to pay the fee, and if we pay and apply for egrantz, we will get refunded the amount. So don't forget to apply for egrantz. If you get admission in the community quota you need to pay the fees. The fee amount is upto 3000 tution fee every year and exam fee upto 300-800, exam fee has little variation according to exam sem.

Campus Life

5

If you want to enjoy campus life, it should be a better choice for you, there are a lot of programs frequently. In between freshers to farewell we can enjoy a lot of programs. We celebrate Eid, Christmas, and Onam, etc. Also, there are programs like Food Fest, lumiere, etc. Like any other colleges Arts and sports were main. Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed this degree for me to pursue higher studies in uk or foreign country to study cosmetics related field. So for that bsc chemistry degree must have But this curriculum doesn't teach something base to that I think so.. For further studies the teachers need improvement to teach certain topics some teachers didn't even prepare to study students and lab safety is not in the lab.Because of the teaching the portions are done in last minutes and often exams are difficult in major subjects so they need to improve their study methods and often approach students nicely..

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

I feel in love with mathematics in plus two time. The coursee are more application based when compared to other. Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Frequency of exams are troublesome during the last time of year because all the programmes like youth festival annual day etc come together

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bsc Biotechnology. It is a research associated course. Its main scope is in research. But in every industry let it be medical or industrial a biotechnologist is required. I would like more practical knowledge than theory knowledge in this course as it is needed to be implemented in labs hands on experience is essential. Exams are conducted every 6 months as semester. Class tests and model exams are conducted frequently. Assignments, projects, seminar ,etc.. are given every month.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Bsc electronics, it has an attractive curriculum and some of them are influenced me in some way. The facilities are well-known about the curriculum preparing and all. The current curriculum is good but it needs some changes. Include more practicals is one of my suggestion. Teaching methods are good it doesn't need any change. Exams are conducted by Kerala University, so the college can't do anything in main exams but the college will complete all the portions before the exam date it is sure.
