The college infrastructure is large and has a canteen to eat. Classrooms are big with proper benches
My Engagement with faculties were good. Available faculties do provide offline tuitions as well.
The teaching methods helps to get us clear the teaching module for 60 mins the class is conducted

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is proper and has all the sets covered because the curriculum is covered by Calcutta University. The Proper methods are being taught in class. The areas of improvent are CLassrooms should be air conditioned . We should focus more in practical rooms .

Class Size: 250Course Fees: INR 24000 per year

Placement Experience

The percentage of students are 40 % where mostly the placement was of sales and from insurance sector. Companies came like ICICI Prudential, Edelwiess Tokyo, Bajaj Finance with offering salary 7 - 8k per month.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure includes the government college maintenance fee, The roles which I have played during my college I have participated in College fest name Hemfluence 2k18. The compulsory chagrges are exam fees, book fees.

Campus Life

The student-run social groups were not present there. The Political union was there where mostly many hooligans used to come during classes with their group. The facility of water and toilet should be improved. The classrooms should be AC.

Admission

The admission process contains to first fill up the online form and then comes the merit list where you will be asked to pay the form fee through any bank and the timing of exams is once in a year and it was a 3 years programme.

The faculty mentors are guides to every subject they are government professors who have extreme knowledge in their niche. We have faculty room Where we cAN go ahead and clear our doubts. The Faculty to student ratio is compared 4:2 ration where faculty mentors can be increased in numbers.

Placement Experience:

Idk but i guess students become eligible from 2nd or 3rd sem. Idk what is the company visited but the placements are very good i heard that, avg package varies 2.4 lpa I guess. Right now i am doing internship so as of now i don't have plans.

Students become eligible for campus placements after the 5th semester. A few companies like TCS visit our college every year. The average package offered is around 100000 PA I want to go for higher studies after the degree but I want some real life work experience too.

Various companies come to this college for on campus placement Average package= 1000000 Highest package=2200000 Various multi national company and other big and small companies visit this college for on campus placement. Most of the students also get placement opportunities whether large or small package The opportunity is given to all degree whether it be bcom or bcom hons . Any student who does not get placed can easily use the degree to get a high paying off campus placements and to go to any good college or stay in this college for their post graduation.

The course curriculum is backdated and should be improvised as it doesn't give any exposure of present industry knowledge. The frequency of exams is that exams are held after 6 months on semester basis and are easy to pass and majority of the students pass this semester easily.

Quite an Average Government College which lacks in infrastructure, faculty, and placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I mentioned, the course curriculum is outdated and no new industry knowledge is being taught. Projects and assignments are also bookish and are just for sake. Teaching methods by teachers are also bookish and backward. The frequency of exams are after every 6 months and are pretty manageable and easy.
