PCCOE is known for its strong academic programs and qualified faculty members who have good learning experience
The college has good track record of placement, with students often securing jobs in reputed company
PCCOE offers many extracurricular activities , including sports and cultural activities and clubs which help in improving personality development.

Dislikes

College have some infrastructure issues...while some students faces maintenance issues and crowded facilities.
College timing is for whole day which is not suitable for exploring ourselves
Issues related to adminstrative processes.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this for its nowadays exposure and opportunities in the future. There are not too much lagging area in this curriculum. Curriculum is very good to expose our technical knowledge. Exams in our course is more frequent compared to other colleges.

Internships Opportunities

Now I recently completed 2nd yr but college started online internship on webdev which is very helpful for getting industrial experience. Intership is provided by quantiphi for 1 one month. Projects are fully focused to receive technical knowledge

Placement Experience

College is always conscious about placement and are always ready to help other students. Highest package in our college was 61 lpa and average package is 7lpa About 90% students are placed with descent package. Various companies like LinkedIn,tata visit our college and offers are provided

Fees and Financial Aid

My complete cost of education is around 90k. College provides various scholarships for needy in terms of finance and education. College also provides free mess for selected candidates. Campus employment is very good and focuses on getting great technical expertise in particular domain.

Campus Life

College consists of various clubs for each eng streams. About 6 to 8 clubs are there having 100 students in each club Students runs various portals like NSS for ensuring better nature in future College also focuses on physical development by organising games festival. Classrooms are having projector for online teaching.

Hostel Facilities

I am living in private hostel by paying 3.5k rent per month. Room consists of tables and good light facilities. Meal quality is average compared to home . For meal, you have to pay at same time after meal ...which is 70 rupees per one time meal.

Hostel Fee: INR 42000 per year

Admission

For getting admission to PCCOE you have to appear in cap rounds. The cutoff for college is high as one of the top 10 colleges in Pune. After allocation of course you have to do further process in offline mode. After getting a reservation you will be getting admission at the low score and have to pay less fee. There are 3 exams per semester IE, Midsem, and Endsem.

Faculty

Faculty members in PCCOE are very experienced and knowledgeable. All are involved in each extracurricular activity. Teachers are very strict with their subjects and study. They always try to enhance students knowledge. Teachers are interactive and impactful for great learning experience.

For Placements, you are eligible from 7th Semister of your graduation, and till last month of degree college provides exciting and good placement opportunities, also provide good training for placement oriented learnings, also make industrial visits often to students. Highest package is 8LPA, and Average package is 4LPA, 60 - 70 % students will definitly get place till end of the 4th year. those who don't want placements they will opt for Master or any thing else.

Placement Experience:

From third year student become eligible for campus selection . There are many companies like cap gemini , infosys , tata elxsi, tech mahindra ,TCS , amazon , moto hunger,WIPRO ,MNC etc Highest package is 12 lakh for it engineer in RT Company And average package of 3.6 lakh for ENTC ENGINEER. The rate was 520/600 i wanted to pursue a M.tech after my degree.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from 1st semester for interships and training programs. Smarted , collaboration with Microsoft and many other companies visited and offered intership and training program for more than 100 students from 1 year. For internship highest package was 50000 for 2 projects. 90% students get placement. My plans after getting degree is to get placement in a high value company with my experience with intership knowledge

Not sure about which semester students become eligible, but from the 4th year of the course, students are eligible for the campus placements. Some of the companies recently visited with the offers and package provided are as follows: 1. Asset works: 10 LPA 2. WSETEK: 2.4 LPA 3. i4t : 3 LPA 4. TCS: 7.5 LPA 5.TCS: 3.5 LPA 6. Sankey Solutions: 4LPA 7. Orange Business: 5LPA The highest package offered in the college is 10 LPA which is recently in Asset Works whereas average is about 4-5 LPA. Percentage of students getting placed in my opinion would be around 50-60 percent. Also my plans after getting the degree would be securing a job with great package.

Nice college for Engineering

Admission:

I applied for the college based on my JEE main score. Admissions are also done based on the score of state level Engineering entrance examination that is MHT-CET. However if one has given the JEE Main examination then the state level examination doesn't matter much. I got this college in the second round of counselling and took admission in it because I know that my score was not good to get into NITs or on the IIITs. This is institute is known for its Engineering education that's why I opted for it.
