Likes

Great amount of faculty members in our college...and they all are pretty friendly and nice to students and everyone ..like parents...etc...
Great facilities in lab for preparing in real life opportunities ....and it's a good experience and theres a lot to explore and study in this college

Dislikes

Not enough shade of trees around the campus
All the buildings are seperated by too much space
Promoting of sports and cultural activities are very low compared to other colleges.

Our college follows the ktu Academic curriculum .. In our college ktu academic calender provides information on how to run the college.... Ktu curriculum is made up of mostly theory subjects ....but as a mechanical engineering student ....I can say that the laboratory in our college serves as an extraordinary piece of equipment...

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fees for courses are very high And for the middle clas people to afford... The nri quota and management quota are too much expensive and costly.... The complete cost of education including tution services fees and other compulsory charges is an okay for me

My overall experience with this college is pretty good ...because of its beautiful atmosphere and friendly teachers and staffs ... The management is also pretty good ....and this college pushes students talents and capabilities through different activities like cultural fests sports etc.....

Admission

In my college when I arrived ....i thought I wouldn't get a seat in mechanical engineering..but I got it.... availability of course was easy for me in this college.... I took admission in nri quota and it w as good.. The frequency of exams etc are okay.... We get enough time to study..

There are like 500 faculties in our college... They all are very nice to students and also to other people's as well like towards parents and everyone....and they're well educated and have phds and well educated

Campus placements are highly volatile taking the stats from over the past three years there has been an up trend as well a down trend, I hope I will get placed through on campus interviews, the highest package of this year was for two graduates who got into IBM with 22 lakhs per aanum, there are few who didn't get into any of the companies while there were others who got int Amazon and other reputated companies, if I do not get into a reputed company through my college on campus placements the. College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

My honest review of ICET

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for attending campus placement from semester 7. Some companies that visits ICET are Utc global, Layland, DeltaX, etc. The average package given by the companies are 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed are around 40%. I plan to placed at any company.

My options were SJCET and AJCE. Now both are autonomous, when i was there to join a student commit suicide and my friend was already a student who pursuing ece and said dont ever come to the hell.
