- Infrastructure , the college infrastructure is very good and tge classroom and labs have sufficient amenities.

- Hostel food was utter flop due to poor quality and cleanliness

- Lack of cultural events and programs, even though organised they will be in poor manner
Course Curriculum Overview
Civil Engineering discipline was choosen by me because of it's real life practical importance,the curriculum based on KTU prepares us for real world applications almost 70% ,updation in syllabus should be done to achieve further.
Placement Experience
Placements are quite good our college, in our batch almost 70% of students got placed in various reputed institutions this varies from year to year based on the trends ,however college provides placement in core and non core companies over the country.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly tution fees paid according to 2020 fees range was 100000 , in addition to this the charges of caution deposit examination fee varies.There is concession for SC/ST candidates.I was having a scholarship based on my KEAM score but some of my friends without any scholarship was having a tution fee of 47000 per semester.
Campus Life
Overall experience of campus life is an average ,ASTHRA the technical fest ,SARGAM arts fest are conducted annually in college however this was not an active program from the side of management.The library has a wide range of books and journals for reference.The sports and extra curicular activities offered on campus is poor.
Hostel Facilities
I stayed in college hostel for 4 years of my academics ,the infrastructure and hostel amenities were good.The food quality was very poor.The affordability of hostel was moderate and the registration process was simple.
Admission
I choose the college because it provided affordable fees range with a decent proffesional course and quality education, i choose SJCET over other colleges due to it's reputation.The eligibility criteria was KEAM and 12 th standard marks.
Faculty
The faculty member were well qualified in our department , they hold M Tech from reputed organizations and most of them are having a Phd ,the best faculties include Jose James ,Jenson Jose due to thier teaching method as well as ineraction and patience with the students.The difficulty level of internal examinations are moderate to hard.
Night Life
Actually there is no night life in campus, maybe once in a year there will be IEDC Summit this was the only program held in night.Hostel timings for girls was 6pm and this does not apply to boys was a bad scenario.
