Reality of MITWPU

The course offer all the necessary curriculum which makes sense for why they should be tought in an engineering college, the course and subjects and upto the point and easily makes sense. The curriculum prepares you about 70% since lots of subjects are based on real life applications

The placements in MIT are not that good, out of thousands of students only handful students gets placed every year for which high cgpa is required (usually more than 9). Most students try to acquire internships through connections and referrals which is still quite hard to get if you are a bachelor from another state

Tuition fee for a year is 350000 which is quite high but also keep in mind that MIT is a private university. The scholarships are provided for student about 85% and student with over 90% get even better discounts

Fest like RIDE, agneyam, HackX and many other are organised every 2 months the social life of MIT is by far very happening and fun. If you are extrovert then this college is like a holder opportunity for you

MIT girls hostel is only present in the campus the boys hostel is located very far away the college has provided bus facilities but only for 3 times a day, there are hostels located right behind backgate and cost around 8k on average

The admission can be taken through exams like CET and jee mains but to break the ice and make it easier the college offers their own exam through which ranks and courses can be chosen, it is relatively easier than other exams needed

The faculty to student ratio of our college is about 1:40 on an average which mean that there is moderate attention in class yet the backbenches are usually ignored, the faculty is moderately qualified and speaks English well, but some concept cannot be taught due to language barrier and accent
