My Amazing Journey in MIT WPU

Admission criteria in this university are minimum of 50% marks in graduation and preferred entrance exam which are accepted for MBA Admissions are CAT, GMAT Score obtained in any one of the exams is acceptable. There are no minimum age criteria in this university. The overall admission process is simple and yes university also provides counselling to the students for their better development. I chose this college because of its reputation.Those who hold graduation or post graduation degrees from MIT are at a benefit of securing high paid jobs in good companies. The campus was also one factor behind choosing this college. Placements are great. There is the eligibility of the course is needed because you are not unable to get admission in the type of college because their profile is so big because there demand of admission and higher demands admission.

This course is very well structured on each and every stream whether it is Finance, marketing, or HR, exam structure is good for this course. In MBA Human Resource the fields that are covered are Marketing management, business communication, managerial economics, Critical thinking, human resource management, legal aspects of business,etc. The second year focuses on specialized courses and industry projects. The student-faculty ratio is very good because of the small strength of the batch. Most of the faculty are IIM Graduates and all of them are Ph.D. holders. The teaching methods used are case-based discussions, classroom activities, learning through videos, group, and individual assignments, writing research papers, and classroom ppts they guide well and clear all topics. The whole course curriculum provides a good amount of theoretical as well as practical knowledge to you. you attend all the lectures carefully and listen to all the things, then you easily pass all the exams.

Fee structure for the college is very expensive as compared to other colleges but it is worth because Infrastructure is pretty good, apart from the fact that they don’t have a ground. Classrooms are clean and well kept, and labs are new. The building is nice and well-maintained too. The college provides all the free ships to the students from SC/ ST, OBC castes as per the government norms. Fee waivers to student of teachers and students from economically poor families also receive fee waivers. On a management level, poor but deserving student are provided waivers at the discretion of the management These scholarship are provided by the government for backward class students in which whole fee is waived for the backward class student. For the open category student there is EBC scholarship for students whose annual income is less than 1 lac two scholarships are paid from the annual interest of Rs.2,00,000/-. An equal amount is awarded to two students.

Campus of college is really awesome huge campus, good life to enjoy with friends. Free 24 hrs internet lab, 16 hrs library facility, lots of competition, social events, gathering, good people to compete with and great young crowd. Various Sports and enjoyable places were there inside the campus such as grounds, gym, basketball court, table tennis court all the festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm. Labs of various streams are also present with necessary equipment and facilities. Gender ratio was almost equal very chilled out most of the students comes form across the india so you will find varieties of students in the campus. Seniors was well behaved they help their juniors for studies for finding placement. Alumni meet held in every six months. All the seniors was very helpful.

Faculty of our college is very good. All the faculty are perfect but sometimes something vary upon the student perception whether they were feasible in that case against him and they will be getting teaching subject tought by them or not. They all are highly qualified and are very knowledgeable in their respective subjects.They all are doctorates in their respective subjects. Faculty is very good in terms of personal interaction. Not only the professor's but senior's are also a great asset. They guide thoroughly about the college, teachers and course in detail which being a fresher helped me a lot. In a semester there are 2 exams held . 1st is mid term . 2nd is end term and semester exam. Scoring marks in the mid term is very important as it decides everything about the students final marks as it carries very high credits midterms which is of 30 marks and continuous assessment of 10 marks which depends on the teacher of underclass assignments and the final semester exam is of 60 marks which happen at the end of every semester.

The facilities like gym, cafe, library and the common areas are clean at the same time they are well crowded after the class time it's like a good hangout place and it is fun to be there The hostel timing are fun as the reporting time is 10 pm on weekends and on hostel is open Monday to Friday from 9:15 to 7:30. MIT hosts a variety of cultural events, music festivals, and student-organized parties. Clubs and societies frequently arrange open-mic nights, DJ parties, were organised which are much enjoyable allowing students to engage in entertainment while remaining within the university’s guidelines. The university’s cafeteria and food courts serve as late-night hangout spots where students can gather, socialize, and enjoy good food.
