Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum was a in dept study of what is the basics. We were taught how to master the basics and use our own creativity in twisting these basics to create something improved or better. As the course progressed, we were taught more advanced techniques and less faculty assistance was given and more freedom to what we want was given which really opened up our minds to think the unthinkable

Internships Opportunities

5

A lot of companies had come for internship and it was for a duration of six months. Everyone worked in major companies like ITC, TAJ, OBEROI, and MARRIOTT and it was very eye opening for people who've never worked in a hotel before

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement drive was very fun. It showed a lot of the students on how to express yourself and what is the priority of these companies and what they are looking for, most companies look for the same thing but the major companies are the ones you should be aiming for as they provide a solid plan to follow for the first 5 years of your life and by the end of those 5 years, you'll be a well trained professional

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fee is expensive but for the amount you are paying, you are learning the same amount of knowledge and getting the same amount of exposure. Scholarships and financial assistance is also provided by the college at certain conditions and in my academic session we had almost 30+ companies come in for campus placement drive.

Campus Life

5

So my overall experience was very good. The academic schedule could be better because it really pressed us with time but we got through. Friends and family were made and to say the least, it was the best

Hostel Facilities

1.5

The hostel facility was modest. The room were small like any other hostel and the perm times were a little annoying but it was for our safety. Safe procedure were used when someone was sick and strict rules were applied like if you are late to the hostel for more than 3 times, they will put you on hostel arrest which will lose your attendance in class and a black strike on your profile card

Admission

So you have to apply online and they'll give you a slot for some day where you'll go through an interview with one senior scale faculty and either the vice principal or the principal. After a month you'll receive a mail if you've been selected and then you'll be advised to get certain documents for your admission. On the day of the admission formalities.

Faculty

2.5

The faculty of this college are very educated and skilled in their work. The mentorship of the college faculty is good but not great. It could be improved upon and the interaction of faculty outside academic related could be better

Course Curriculum Overview:

- curriculum specially for BA is not like how you see in other universities it's a comprehensive curriculum where your also studying subject like AI learning, data analysis, regional languages and so much more it is a comprehensive course which is not only focusing on your major but also on an overall development of you as a student.. - well we are not only getting in-class lectures but we also have a internal component of internship every year which helps us get an experience of real world situations and job market. -There is one course called numbers we have that could be improved it basically talks about mathematical in economic applications numerical implications particularly which has not been given more thought on it could be more elaborated and structured well. - frequency is high and difficulty is moderate usually.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students arw given chances to take exams and get job opportunities from there. Field trips and internships, orientations, talk shows are organized to prepare students further before stepping out for jobs. They can either take the placements they get or opt for higher studies, which is what i am doing as a degree in psychology alone does not grant a wide scope in the jobs spectrum.

Remarks:

I liked the course provided by this college. The subjects are different for every semester and the aura is splendid. This college provides a very good faculty which not only is good at keeping up with academics, but also is great in keeping a good rapport with their students. There is a whole variety of extra curricular activities which brings out the core personality of every student. I for a fact, had stage fear. But after I chose MIC, I really started getting over it.
