It is one of the best hotel management colleges in india and it has been in tie up with the ITC limited group and it is a very prestigious institution. Our college is also attached to a Fortune inn hotel by ITC so we students get better experience working in the hotel.
Course Curriculum Overview
We have regular interbships and we have been in touch with a lot of industry experts who give us real time updates about the industry. We also have a system where we write our exams on a tablet with the stylus pens and this is a very innovative approach from the manipal university.
Placement Experience
Yes we do have college placements. The big companies in the market of hospitality come in to have the interviews such as ITC, Taj hotels, Marriott, Oberoi, IHG, Vistara airways etc. We get placed as a management trainee or as associates in the company.
College Events
Annual day Food fests WAGSHA quest WPL We gave events happening in the institutions that are catered for the people in the college or different colleges in the university or for different Hotel management colleges. The colleges that come to the competition include Chourist university Bangalore, IHM, IIHM etc
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is about 300000 per year and we concider it to be expensive. But depending on your background you even get different scholarship programs and also the amount of money that gets spent on the students thouroughout the year is considered reasonable.
Fees and Financial Aid
If you are a person with konkani as your mother tounge and has a valid proof for the same then every year you get a 10% concession in your college fees. There is also a scholarship called SAGES and this is the scholarship for thour students eho have previously studied in any of the manipal university colleges.
Campus Life
We have a lot of events continuesly happening in the college and we also have different clubs in our university that we can join to enjoy and be a part of better lifestyle and we can have a lot of fun in and around campus.
Alumni/Alumna
Regular communication with the alumni are maintained and we often have video calls for the whole class where they share their experience with us and guide us to have a better decision making ability to make the right choices in our career.
Admission
Best BHM college in the country and Chef Vikas Khanna has also graduated from this college. They are having a very refined process of interview so that they can select the most intreasted and knowledgeable students into the college
Faculty
The faculty in our college have very well worked in the industry and they have a lot of experience. We also have faculty coming in from ITC group of hotels as our college is a part of ITC limited. We all have smart classrooms and the technology savy environment to study in.
