Great college curriculum and faculty and state of the art facilities.

Our college WGSHA has best state of the art practical classrooms such as full functional bakery and kitchen so this course requires great professors and facilities which my college has. so this makes it one of the finest Hotel Management school. Wgsha ranks 29th in the world.

After 1st year we have to do vocational training of a montha and in 3rd year we have 6 month internship program. We have companies coming for placements like Itc Hayatt Marriott Taj etc and Itc is our mentor and partner company.

All festivals are celebrated in our college as we have people from all over the country and globe. Great cultural team and great festival celebration are some good points of WGSHA. It makes wgsha proud to make all festivals celebrated in our country.

Expensive INR 325000 year, 8 sem course. makes it around 2200000 for the whole course. The course is for sure expensive but the facilities and placement opportunities given here are worth of the fees and our college alumni are all Mastes in their feilds and have reached GM or exe level.

No I have not opted for the scholarship program nor I have taken student loan but there is a scholarship program provided vy the college for the localites.

Manipal University has students from all round the globe and has cultural diversity like never seen before. basically this is an educational town so it has great campis life. I made friends with many cultural diverse people. We have students from different backgrounds and some are even from the hotel family backgrounds so it makes living interesting here.

Yes, for the first year hostel is compulsory and it costs 200000 rs excluding college fees. We have ac rooms with attached bathouroom and food os provided in the mess ( breakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner).

Our college offers mentorship programs with our alumni and helds many sessions with guest talks etc.

I wanted to become a chef so I opted for bhm course and my college WGSHA is ranked 1st in this course among all private colleges and comes under Manipal University and our proud alumni include Chef Vikas Khanna and many other. So I joined WGSHA thourough their entrance test and interview.

Average age of professors is 40 years while some are Senior level people from hotel industry including ITCs ex sous chef Thiru. our college has over 50 professors with qualificayof bhm and masters with phd. Also professors are highly trained and have connections with the induatry to make us study well.
