The faculty is very kind and helpful, there is no ragging and the crowd is also good

Dislikes

The college's infrastructure is not very good, land has been allocated in rohini a long time ago but college has still not been able to relocate there
The college is not a part of DUSU which makes the student union here very weak
Though startup culture is promoted here but there is no placement here

Course Curriculum Overview

I like the course curriculum very much because it's purely theoretical. In exams, you have to write unreasonably long answers that the checker is not even going to read properly just for some marks, whereas in real life, when someone asks you a question, he expects a short and simple explanation,

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for this course are 10000, and there are a lot of scholarships whose details you can get at the college website, but there are no campus employment programs in college. You get a rs 2000 stipend once at the end of the year if you take part in the elite research program.

Campus Life

You are provided with an e-library; there are projectors in every class, but the infrastructure is very bad. you are basically made to study in classes that are little better than huts. there are a lot of active clubs, but they get very little funding. every year one league tournament and one knockout tournament take place.

Admission

The admission takes place on the basis of cuet results , after cuet results come out , the CSAS portal is opened in which you can check the eligibility of the course, there are more than 70 colleges in DU if you want to take admission in the cream of the crop colleges than you will have to score more than 780 out of 800 but even if you have scored less than also you can be a part of Delhi University by applying for the less famous colleges.

Faculty

Though the faculty is very kind, helpful and approachable but there is a lack of teachers and with the vast curriculum sometimes the teachers also find the topics they have never heard before but they still teach it because it's there job

I would say, the curriculum is also good, like we have labs, and tutorial classes also, in which students get their answers and their doubts are solved. Area of improvement - There should be proper labs of python lecture classes.

The life you should live in college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is thorough and pertinent, in my opinion. I chose this course because it helps me understand real-world business situations by covering both the theoretical and practical aspects of commerce, such as accounting, economics, and business law. The subjects are helpful for both real-world employment and future studies like an MBA or CA. Although the course prepares us well, it could be enhanced by including more hands-on learning opportunities, internships, and professional guest lectures. To make lessons more interesting, teachers can employ more interactive techniques like group discussions and digital resources. Exams are scheduled appropriately, but occasionally the timetable feels constrained and leaves little time for review. The exam is at a moderate level and assesses more than just memorisation; it tests our comprehension of subjects.

The campus placement is fairly good with kpmg, Deloitte, Genpact, Accenture. The average package usually ranges from Rs 5-6 LPA while highest have gone to Rs 23 lakhs in recent years. The placements are bagged by proactive students usually with good communication skills and academic records.

A students insight on his college

Placement Experience:

Eligibility is 5th semester onwards you can get campus placement. Deloitte, TATA, nestle, other big MNC's Highest is around 20 lacs and average is around 5 lacs. 60-70 % students get places but it can be higher or lesser depending upon the crowd of students , their talents. I think I would choose a professional course like civil servant.
